Customer service was very good and fast came faster than expected. Biryani was subtly good

We ordered a takeaway Saturday evening that took two phone calls to chase up as waiting along time, finally arrived an hour and thirty fourty minutes later, the starters were cold, the curries were awful and all leaked in the bag. We were very disappointed as have had good food in the past so we won't be ordering again.

This place serves exquisite food! Nothing could be faulted. We ordered vegetarian food: samosa chaat, Palak paneer, malai kofta, lassi and naans. Portions sizes were good (we had leftovers for lunch). Often Indian food can be oily but this was not at all. I’ll come here time and time again.

The food is so yummy, very reasonable price and the service is amazing. This restaurant is my favourite restaurant. If I can add more than 5 stars

Atmosphere was too bad and they are not professional with riders and customers they always take too much time to make orders and inthe end they blaming riders that they act like they are super busy over acter

Super tasty Indian food and kind staff. We had the beef vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and chicken 65 as our main dishes and each was super flavorful and delicious. Garlic spinach rice and the garlic naan were also tasty sides. We dined in on a Saturday night and they had the footy match on. While there was only one other couple dining in, they had many take out orders. Service was a little slow but given all the takeout orders, we weren’t surprised. Overall excellent food, I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again.

Salt Indian Cuisine in Padbury is a hidden gem. The flavors of their authentic Indian dishes are outstanding. The service is friendly, and the cozy ambiance adds to the dining experience. Highly recommend trying their flavorful curries and delicious naan bread.

Ordered the Dahiwala Murg, Lamb Madras, steamed rice & garlic naan - the food was excellent & the portion sizes were large. The Gulab Jamun was a delicious sweet treat for dessert!

I ordered butter chicken and lamb korma, the meat in both were stringy, chewy and dry.the sauce in the butter chicken was way too sweet and tasted more like tomato sauce. The onion bhajis were nice. Not worth the $76.

Best Indian food in Perth hands down! The Samosas are to die for with the right amount of crunch at the seals, not too dry and not too oily. You can’t beat the Butter Chicken and a great portion too. The garlic Naan is absolutely delicious soft fluffy garlicky and crispy l. Bravo Salt for never failing to disappoint.

Used to be fantastic but the last couple of times have been disapointing, too much sauce and getting the orders wrong

Normally such a great takeaway very average tonight so mega disappointed might be a while before we come back

Food and service were excellent. Would definitely have again. Beef korma and saag chicken were crowd pleasers.

Ordered a goat curry last night and received a beef vindaloo. Vindaloo was so hot spic that it was not ennoyable and couldnt be eaten.
Absolute stupidity. Get ur act together.

We moved to the area almost a year ago now and we’ve been searching for a half decent Indian the whole time.

Finally found something way better! One of the best Indian we’ve had.

The sauces are so thick and flavourful (not like some of the watery versions we’ve had elsewhere). So happy we found salt!

The irony is killing me, but both the two I tried, malai kofta and palak paneer were under salted?
I could tell the flavours would’ve been really good with a touch of: Salt.

Being British we almost lost hope of finding an Indian that tasted like the type we had at home and also used chicken breast. We spent three years in Adelaide and didn’t once enjoy a curry. Moved to Perth then found Salt, the curries are fantastic, best we’ve had in Australia. The staff are great and are always really kind especially to my young daughters. Definitely our go to curry house.
