Salsa's Fresh Mex Grill

Ordered a Baja Steak burrito and there was very little in the way of meat in it and was barely Luke warm. Also received a box of chips that were not even half full

Honestly, it's probably not a 4 star, but this is easily the pick of the food court and the current rating doesn't do it justice. It's freshly made to order mexican, nothing fancy, not as good as some of the other chains but absolutely nothing wrong with it. If you're in that particular food court, this is definitely one of the better options.

Please update your opening hours if you’re not going to be open until 5: 30pm. Sick of making my way here after work thinking salsas will be open and ready for service as it states 5: 30pm close, I get there at 4: 40 and being denied service almost an hour early is ridiculous and disappointing.

I’ve eaten at many salas before and have always had quite nice meals. Unfortunately this salsas is the worst I’ve eaten at. They gave us the wrong item, the rice was undercooked and we were not offered guac or sides at all.
Overall not impressed.

Haven’t been to Salsa’s since GYG took over the mantle of best franchised burrito’s. Probably the last time I had Salsa’s was like 7 years ago.

Tried it again and then I remembered why I didn’t come back all these years. The burrito I could probably make better at home. It just tasted like a wrap with not much meat just lots of tortilla, rice, lettuce. The chips and the drink tasted better then the burrito.

The only saving grace was that I used my entertainment card so I got buy 1 get 1 free. Even the guacamole is just basically avocado and no onion, tomato or coriander.

I mean if you like bland and probably healthier burritos then come here. But I prefer going to GYG or even Mad Max.

While the food is nice, the service is shocking. They’re service is slow and a lot of the time you’re left waiting to be served while they stand around and chat to each other. It’s super annoying and rude

Ordered via Menulog on Christmas Eve.
Not only were all our meals disgusting. Chips were soggy And I had a massive bone in the chicken in my burrito.

I also ended up with food poisoning the same night. I am 95% sure it was because of this establishment. It was the only meal I ate that day. I haven't eaten since this meal 3 days later.

All I can say it is a disgusting un fresh meal, not even close to real Mexican.

1 star is generous.

Young Man served me, he was just learning, It was busy and I had a voucher, he wasn't sure how to put it through, he was so polite and explained he's still learning, the only 1 other staff member, she was so patient with him even being over whelmed with orders. I was amazed how well they worked together.exactly how more places should be with each other. Well done.

Came to have a Burrito. The website say they close at 5. Called at 4.30 and told me they close early. Great workers.

Over priced burrito, small, full of lettuce, cold and wet, go to Guzman/Zambreros if you want a burrito in the area

Really enjoyed lunch from here today. I appreciate the mini burritos. I had the chicken fajitas mini size. Perfect for lunch when you just want a small size. Nice and still filling. Friendly service and nice to see sustainable packaging used too!

I usually order uber eats here all the time, this time they forgot my chips, won't be ordering again

Their ingredients are fresh and they give quite generous servings. Food handling is good with gloves worn by all staff. Plenty of seating at the food court.

Watched 6 customers who ordered after me get food before they said “sorry we lost the docket and forgot your order and are making it now”. 5 mins later turns out they again forgot my order.
Asked for a refund which after watching them argue with each other over who’s fault it was I eventually got without an apology.

Waited ages even though no other customer but heard them talking about an uber order. Saw the girl wrap working today about 12noon wrap up my burrito then realised she put chipolte mayo which I didn't want (sour cream instead). She got a new wrap, undid the old one and just dumped the whole filling out onto the new, smushed it back into a shape, wrapped and gave it to me. Still had lots of Chipotle mayo in it.

Just gross and if that's what management are telling them to do (not start afresh) or staff think it's okay, it's a huge risk for those with allergies and intolerances.

Won't eat here again in case there is more dodgy food making practices.

On the up side, the young guy at the counter was friendly enough

Arrived late, forgot the sauce and cheese on my own and my partners order.

Burrito was split the whole way down making it very hard to eat, not to mention it was "wrapped" like it was all smooshed into a circle, not cylindrical like burritos are meant to be.

Don't waste your time here, get something else

Very disappointed! Ive got the veggie burrito in other shops a few times and it was good, this time it had no sauce whatsoever, it was tiny and not very warm. Will not be buying anything else from here. Felt ripped off.

Ordered a basic nachos and fries. 22min later still no food. Definitely should not fall into the “fast” food category.

Customer service was nice and food came out quickly overall the general food isn’t that great sometimes the guacamole isn’t very fresh and their vegetarian burrito isn’t very tasty
