Absolutely amazing lovely staff great customer service and I got exactly what I wanted. I dyed my hair blue I went from natural redhead to blue and I got it done by Natasha and she did everything I expected and she exceeded my expectations. I would honestly get her again and I had a lovely chat with the staff. Great laugh great service and overall just amazing because they are such a great team and I highly recommend going there.thank you so much salon express for the great customer service and making my day much better

There’s no appointments, just walk in… you might wait a little bit but the service was excellent.

My wife has been coming to these guys for over 15 years and won't go anywhere else, they are kind lovely and patient

Walked in and noticed it was quite busy and I was in a rush to just get a quick wash and blow dry. The owner was quick to notice and tended to me quickly and was very reassuring to me and other customers in the salon. The way she managed the environment and her team with excellent service was great to see!

Sat me down for 45 minutes waiting just for them to tell me they don’t have any colour left.lady at front desk barely acknowledged me and just told me to sit down.

Went early in the morning for a hair cut and was served quickly.
Cut and styled how I like and price was fair in our current market.

Have been here a few times and they do an excellent job. Shout out to Matthew who did a wonderful job cutting my child's hair who has a phobia for hair dressers. Thanks to you he will be more willing to go for haircuts. Reasonable prices as well. Keep it up guys

My first time at Salon Express today, I had Julie and was so amazed with her work on my hair. Such a lovely lady and had such an eye for detail and made me feel very comfortable!

My mum went to get her roots touched up which was quoted as $67 on their website, however we both understood it may cost a little more depending on the amount of regrowth but we were told no more than $100. We didn’t want a blow dry or a cut, just the roots covered. When my mum came to pay AFTER the service the total came to $110. At no point was this discussed during the appointment. Only after. My mum walked out with hair dye all over her forehead too. I know it’s called Salon Express but I didn’t realise that meant there was no time to discuss prices or even clean up their mess ‍

Worst haircut i’ve ever got here, extremely choppy there’s levels in my hair.my friend got her hair lightened here and it cost over $400 after being assured it would be $300.her hair came out looking almost identical to when she went in and they offered no solution or money back.absolutely ridiculous.

I have been coming to Midland Salon Express for nearly two years and have never left disappointed. The vibe is always very friendly and personable. Today I left delighted as I received just what I was after.
My thanks goes out to Sharon and Gemma for their amazing attention to detail. Sharon offered such a wonderfully attentive service with my colour and treatment. She attended to me through the whole process. Gemma did an absolutely amazing concave cut. I am very pleased with my hair, she made such a great effort to get the cut just right, her talent at this style is outstanding.

A hair salon that can not even do a basic curl. Damaged my hair in the process using cheap iron and waiting so much longer than she should, then offered me that i dont pay for it as i had no curls! So i accepted her offer since i had no curls at all literally some fuzziness, then accuses me of refusing to pay? Excuse me lady but you need to pay me for ruining my hair and wasting my time. If you cant handle criticism and reality of your untalented hair dresser than you are in the wrong bussiness!

Took my 7 year old into the shop for a cut and was told to have a seat by a young Dark haired woman on the front desk who was more interested in her phone than providing a service to patron’s. As we waited 15 minutes for a hairdresser to take us in, we was greeted by an Irish hairdresser who asked what we wanted carried out.
We described that my son wanted a Kind of Mohawk with short sides and V shape at the back. She asked if we wanted a number 3 down the sides to which we denied and wanted a number 1. We was then told that nobody was able to carry out that cut and wouldn’t be able to do it.

So we then had to leave with a disheartened little boy with no haircut. We walked a few doors down where the other salon managed no problems. Stay away from here if possible as no customer service anywhere.

Took my client here who has an intellectual and physical disability. She is in a wheelchair and wanted her hair dyed purple. They treated her amazingly, did exactly what she wanted and accommodated to her needs.

It was my first time attending Salon Express in Midland today and I had an amazing experience! All of the staff were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was great! Matthew did an amazing job washing, trimming and styling my hair - I feel human again! Will definitely be back:)

Michelle coloured my hair and did an amazing job, she took so much pride in getting it right.so happy! Have been going to Salon Express for a long time now. Thanks Michelle
