Tuesday 28th November I had the worst haircut ever! Totally missed the photo I showed for example of what I wanted. So short no way to hide the fact she cut the crown to about 3cm, a couple cms shorter than the rest! Way too short to fix. Wish I had got her name, the only thing she got right "you dont have African hair like the photo".

The manager of this salon got back to me in a timely manner, her professional manner and understanding of the situation serves to make me more confident in returning in the future. I have friends who have used bigger more expensive brands and left deflated, hair cuts are a bit of a lucky dip. For the quality of management I have changed my rating to four stars
I was heard, I recieved recompense and I am confident the stylist will take more care in tbe future.

I have curly hair and you can get away with anything. But this hair cut was so bad and uneven that it sticks out like a sore thumb. A trim is basic and there is no reason why one side should be longer than the other. Very disappointed $39 wasted.

Was a very pleasant experience and the hairdresser had some very impressive input to the hairstyle I was after, highly recommend prakash!

Went in for a haircut and beard trim. Prakash really knows his stuff. Definitely a cut above the rest.

Best hair cut I have ever received in my 27 years on this planet, Prakash was great very good attention to detail and seemed very passionate about hair cutting 100% will be back when my hair is due for another refurbishment!

I asked for just my regrowth to be lightened like the rest of my blonde hair. During the treatment I questioned it looked very dark and was told no it’s going to be blonde. I did not receive lighter roots, my roots ended up very dark and the rest of my hair was darker also. I did not get the colour I asked for and it felt like no one cared. The haircut was good and worth the money, but the rest of the $171 worth I could have done without. A very bad experience with little care.

Whilst the quality of the haircuts is usually pretty good here, the actual experience of getting the haircut is about as equally awful. They will often give you ridiculous wait times that can be over two hours long even though there are staff members clearly standing around without work to do. The staff are mostly friendly except for the receptionist who seems to enjoy avoiding interactions with customers as much as possible, never looking up from the computer and just saying the wait time as soon as you say a word. At the end of the day the haircuts are still good and well priced but the customer experience could really do with an overhaul.

I came in for foils but as my hair is very not in a good place very damage so kath did a treatment and a trim am so happy with the staff what a treat it had thx girls see you in a month

My daughter is 5 and had hair to her bottom. She was looking forward to having her haircut short for days. I asked if we could make the experience exciting and special for her. Instead we were made to feel more like sheep being shorn. The lady was more interested in talking about her trip to the casino that night. My daughter did so well at staying still "Like a statue" but I was told numerous times that the cut probably won't be great because she's not an actual statue. She was more still than most of the grown ladies in there. After being on a high for the morning we both left feeling miserable and like a number. Thanks salon express

Disappointed they wouldn’t cut daughters hair told she had lice, told them her hair was filthy been at beach and her hair had been checked 2 days prior, my 11 yr daughter is shocking at washing her hair bough head lice stuff and comb from chemist across from them, no lice no eggs no cut,

I visited the Bunbury salon this morning soo impressed with Brooke Reely what an amazingly human being so conciderate. Very happy with my colour and treatment. THANKYOU

Today I had my hair cut by Grace. I told Grace what I wanted done with my hair, or lack thereof, and after some clarification, We were underway. During the cut, Grace asked if certain aspects of my hair annoyed me, which they did, and had done forever. I noticed Grace was paying particular attention to these areas, not just to correct them but correcting them in such a way that it did not look out of place with the new work that Grace was performing. I hadn't had a stylist provide this level of attention before. Grace is amazing. She stayed with me for a good ten minutes more than she had to if she just wanted to tick boxes. This woman, superstar in my eyes! Thankyou Grace, you rock!

Haircut was OK and quick but the lack of covid safe practices alarming, I was so close to the lady next to me that our hairdressers were bumping into one another then, half way through my haircut my hairdresser calmly told me she was unvaccinated. Would have preferred to know that before I sat down. I may have given it a miss. I used to go to Salon Express in Busselton before it closed and they were very careful re sanitising, distancing and recording.

It states "no appointment necessary" but I was asked to take a ticket and come back at 1.40.newsflash-that IS an appointment!

First time visit fir my wife since our move from Victoria 5 months ago - great service and reasonable prices too

My friend and I have had 3 of the most ghastly, unprofessional haircuts ever. We used to go to Centrepoint when it was there. All the best hairdressers were there. They cared, did what we requested and we didn't have to wait hours. Bring it back, it was far superior to to Bunbury Forum

I went in to get my hair cut. I wanted to get a bob half way down my neck but what I ended up getting made it so I had to go bellow my ear because they went from the length I wanted to being shorter on the back. I didn’t ask for this I asked for 1 length and now I have to go shorter to get the hair cut I asked for.

It was OK. Quick service I like a lot of curl which I didn't get and for a wash and blow dry $65 is far too much
