12The front desk staff, specifically Tara are unbelievably rude, my mother called and Tara answered the phone saying “yeah”. She was short, unhelpful and very unprofessional.
I have been seeing dr joel for years and dr foster. They are both wonderful doctors can not really say enough - i never feel rushed in fact dr foster went out of her way to speak with my after hours when i had an issue
Have been a patient at this clinic for atleast 5 years and a type 1 diabetic for 30 years, with the same medication each time. Needed an urgent insulin e-script before leaving the state and my gp wouldn't issue one without an in-person paid consultation. I guess money is more important than health at this clinic. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
Been seeing Dr Joel for years, at time of need this medical centre is a real disappointment.all I wanted was to talk to the only doctor I have seen in a long time. Very sad.
Just moved to Perth and ringing around to find a doctor for our sick baby.
Receptionist basically hung up on me saying they are not taking new patients.
Popular Doctors surgery located opposite Coles and chicken Treat on Salisbury St Bedford. Most doctors are booked out in advance and are not taking on any new patients, however there are a couple that you can get in to see at short notice. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and air conditioned and a TV. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If you can possibly avoid this place I would recommend it. To be fair there are some excellent doctors here, Zheng for one. The issue is with some of the reception staff. I have never been so consistently treated like a second rate citizen from anywhere I have interacted with, specifically from Rachel. I am always talked down to, never asked if I am ok. If I am late I am not asked why, just have the time of the appointment barked at me. I have left here twice now and came back for Dr Zheng but it’s too hard to go somewhere while you are sick, then made to feel that much worse.
I've been coming here since I was born, and all the doctors are lovely and are more than happy to give you as much time as you need.
I'm terribly afraid of needles, I cry thinking about them, but the nurse who did my vaccination today was absolutely wonderful. She knows what she's doing, she understood my fears, and she made sure I was distracted and it was over before I could even get two words out! She's absolutely wonderful and I'm so thankful that she did my vaccination.
I have nothing but praise and positive feedback about this practice and their medical staff. I have always found them to be very approachable and supportive in their approach. They have taken the time in appointments when required and helped me through some difficult health issues. It is difficult to get GP's with such a helpful attitude.
Great doctors here over the years, but I'm finding front desk are increasingly short and like this morning - amazingly rude. (yep its a Friday!)

yep. Take a breath Kay you certainly don't need to be like that. I've worked on phone support for 7 years and no matter how busy or exhausted I'm feeling, it takes no effort to be kind and certainly no extra time to be nice!
I don't care if someone's on Bluetooth or speaker phone, because I don't know or presume what their own life or current situation may be. Hope she gets over it and has a lovely day.
On to another medical centre! I'm over the attitude. 12 years too long. Move on! Neeeeeext!
Clinic is shocking! Old filthy carpet all through out and stained chairs. Really bad presented doctor's surgery. Embarrassing.
Never on time, disgraceful even for a doctors surgery and thats saying something. Front desk are more concerned with their Iphone or the weekend plans, than the patients.
