I went to this restaurant, nice atmosphere and nice serving staff and the food is awesome, always fresh and delicious! I will definitely visit here again soon.

Advertised (by name) as a Vietnamese restaurant but is more an overall Asian cuisine. Personally no issues about that at all.

Ordered Bo Luk Lak, Mongolian Beef, Chicken Skewers, and Pad Thai and the food was average. Not alot of flavour and the beef seemed overcooked (as if chewing on rubber). Usually Asian food restaurants have beef that melts in your mouth so I was a little disappointed.

So overall not great but not bad.just average.

Service was quite quick and the staff was friendly and polite. However we did ask for an amendment in one out of three dishes due to allergies and when served the ingredient was still in the dish. Safe to say we were quite disapointed.

After trying many places this is hands down the Best Vietnamese cuisine up north! Highly recommended, loved the laksa and fried rice 11/10

Food very good BUT take ages to take our order (like 20 minutes) = minus one star.then take one hour to serve our order.we were HANGRY and ready to walk out = minus one star.

Wow 2nd time I got takeaway from here, 1st time a long wait due to CV-19 so totally understandable. Was very impressed with the food, fresh and delicious. Just got takeaway again tonight and the wait time wasn’t as long, they did however make an incorrect dish so made the right one, ended up giving me the extra incorrect dish which all were once again delicious. Definitely my new go to place for takeaway.

Food is amazing let's get that in first service if dining in is great also and BYO only reason for 4 stars is the toilets needs maintaining to a far better standard. But by far the best Asian around by a country mile on food

All I can say is I always look forward to eating their food and chatting with the lovely young ladies whom work there.

They always have the freshest vegetables and they don't over cook them till they go soggy. Fantastic to see! We come here often just because the food always tastes fresh and not old and of poor quality.

Food wasnt too bad. But felt it missed the mark a bit. Entrees were delicious, springrolls were fresh, wantons cooked nicely, grilled prawns were good, we also had stuffed chicken which was nice too, the mains were ok but not the taste we are used to when we eat the normal pad thai. Mongolian beef was lovley, but the mongolian lamb felt a tad rough.the airconditioning was switched off once we arrived and it got a bit warm. Service was ok but it was a bit busy, they did forget our fresh juice as we had ordered a few of this throughout our meal. Staff were friendly enough.

Ordered here a few nights ago and we were not disappointed. Food was AMAZING, customer service was FAULTLESS, everything about this place is worth 5 STARS

Our experience this evening was just fabulous. We ordered entree’s, 4 Main Meals, Rice and noodles and it was amazing food. The service was best I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was extremely patient with our 4 year old who enjoyed as much as we did.

Great food & service but disabled toilet not available because chairs were being stored in it. Yes one of our party is in a wheelchair & needed it. Standard toilet doors too narrow for access.

Very professional and polite staff ladies and the chef and kitchen hands done a great job too. Top notch service. Food was delicious.

Quail for starter and shared Salt & Pepper Tofu, Duck Curry, Beef Stir-fry - all excellent.

S&P Tofu pleasant surprise, not a dish I would have chosen.

The freshness is outstanding! If you're in the mood for an asian sensation give this tucker a whirl. The price is fair and the dishes are large, the vegetables and produce are fresh and the flavours are pretty close to authentic. After eating a meal here, you won't be left with a greasy palate or wake up the next day with a huge MSG hangover. In my opinion, Saigon Palace gets 4 instead of 5, for the mild westernized feel coming through the cooking. This may be due to no availability of the exact flavours required to create a Vietnamese masterpiece or maybe it's the western influence here that influences the style. Regardless of that, you know you're in for a treat when you visit Saigon Palace!

Love this place, amazing food. Friendly staff who always go above and beyond. Does takeaway too. You won't be disappointed
