Sagewood Early Learning Success

Our small human has been at Sagewood Success for over a year now! Rach and the team there do such an amazing job at nurturing, educating and keeping our little one safe. The attention to detail and individual care for each child sets this early childhood education centre apart from the rest.

Best place I have ever worked, staff are supportive and very welcoming, I can't not be more grateful for being part of their team. I felt really cared for, even spoiled. All of these make a strong team which is there for children and families.

Both my children attend and the service, staff, facilities and communication/level of care is absolutely phenomenal.

Used to be a good day care but with change in management in 2023, it has become difficult with comms and no clarity on arrangements for parents.

Sagewood is a beautiful service offering exceptional resources for the children to learn through play. The staff are well knowledgeable and offer love and care to all the children within ther service. My son attends in the cocoon room and the girls are amazing, i love the communication we have through storypark and the live updates and photos really put my mind at ease. Highly recommend sagewood success to any parent the wellbeing and safety of the children is a high priority

Highly Not recommended.unprofessional/unclear/discriminatory policy. The policy statement given by centre / CEO itself has differences. Intentionally misguided note has been added in policy. According to that note even without clearance i can send my child to care. Instead following thier note their centre staff remain sitted on chair with holded hand send my healthy child home & charged for the same.
Instead understanding they have place false allegations on parents that we not agreed with policy.
At the end they not respond to us / our access to app / page Denied.
Gives lot of stress.
Think twice before enroll.

I wish I could give minus star! Pathetic experience, Felt like dealing with bureaucracy, no clarity about internal policy between staff and management, Our child's entry was turned down without any base. Policy tells on thing and Thier staff tell exactly opposite thing. Lack in due diligence, unfair treatment. Please give a thought before enrolling your child into this centre.

This has been the first time we had to put one of our children into childcare. The managers and educators have great communication and have always taken time and additional support to help our child settle in as well as help us navigate enrolments, CCS and kindy app. The educators are so passionate, nurturing and patient with the children. We have not yet, after 4 months, had any issues with our child being sick (of which was a huge concern for our family - we have an immunocompromised member) and I think this is because they have a strong hygiene protocols. This has been an amazing beginning to childcare and very grateful to be apart of the Sagewood Success community.

We have been with Sagewood for over 4 months now and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. My daughters development has come along way since starting and we love the schedule updates and the end of day story with pictures! The staff are always so friendly and happy.

Absolutely love the centre, the centre's teachings of Montessori and Reggio Emilia. Love the positive energy and environment feel like my little ones are having a great day every day

From our first meet and greet orientation day through the registration process to day one, Mel and the awesome team at Sagewood Success have been nothing short of absolute professionals. It’s very easy to see from the get go that the girls who work at Sagewood Success are 100% dedicated to their work and that they really love looking after and taking care of the babies and toddlers left in their care.
Their enthusiasm is infectious and they are all very quick to learn the babies names and are genuinely excited to see each one of them arrive each day. Sagewood is very focused on the wellbeing of everyone coming through the centre and have excellent procedures in relation to COVID and the Overall safety and security of the staff and the babies through to the older children. It is very difficult as a first time parent to trust someone else with your precious little bundle of joy but my wife and I felt very at ease leaving our child in their excellent care from day one.
We miss him every day when we drop him off and can’t wait to see him when we collect him but we know that in between those times he is in great hands with people who really care and love their jobs.
We love the concept of early learning that Sagewood Success has and can see the benefits of the set up which lets your child progress at their own pace and ability to move to the next stage of their learning and playing activities. The children are given awesome things to do to keep both their minds and themselves active and are always learning while having fun.
Sagewood Early Learning Success is so much more than a day care centre. I look forward to our child growing and learning and playing with the awesome crew and to him meeting and interacting with more children of his age and above.

Jay (the owner) goes above and beyond to ensure that the children are provided with quality education and care.
As an educator I feel fortunate to work for a service that puts the children first.
Jay is approachable, kind and considerate. I have worked for a few services in the past and I have never been fortunate to work for someone as giving as Jay. Jay treats all her educators with respect and genuinely wants the very best for all her educators.
I feel very lucky to have joined the Sagewood family and I am sad to say I didn't do it sooner!

We love this centre! The Educators are brilliant. They are so passionate about seeing each child develop and thrive in their environment. They make sure to get to know everyone as an individual and regularly offer activities that cater to each child’s interests & hobbies. Not only is the centre exceptionally maintained and clean but it’s very clear that a lot thought as been given to the layout and play spaces on offer to the kids throughout the centre.

My 2 children attend the centre, I am so happy. They have both settled well, all the educators are welcoming and our children have created a bond with them so quickly.
There is lots of activities occurring as we get daily of photos of them. It is a brand new centre, it is easy to see how it filled so quickly and there is already a waitlist!
My eldest loves being able to explore especially outside.its amazing!
The process from booking a tour, enrolling and starting was so simple. The team were so friendly and were very responsive to e-mails and phone calls that were made before they started.

I have worked with Jay, the COO, for a few years and have seen her passion for early childhood education. As I looked to return to work after having my first child, there was no doubt that I wanted my son to attend one of her Sagewood Centres. Sagewood Success has a high standard of care and education. Mel the Director and all the staff are so welcoming, loving and nurturing towards all children and families, making everyone feel like family.

I have worked for the owner (Jay) for many years and feel very lucky to be representing/working for such an amazing and supportive service and company. Jay is always available to all her staff and truly promotes our phiolosophy of Love, Nurture and Inspire. The centres are incredible and resources are of very high quality. We have had nothing but wonderful feedback from everyone who walks in the door:)

I have been to many centres, and nothing has come close to Sagewood! The support you feel when you walk through the front doors is something that will stay with me, the director Melissa is very professional and has a life time of information and experience with children and that’s what made me feel so comfortable.going on a tour and seeing the love the educators have for the children’s is incredible. The owner (Jay) of the company Answered all my questions and helped me understand the grey areas when it comes to daycare. They are so inviting and supportive, the support they have for their staff is amazing, to see everyone with a smile on their face and to see they are genuinely happy to be at Sagewood. The curriculum that they have in place to teach the children is very well thought out and will always engage the children.

Saying that I’m happy with my choice of care for my child is an understatement. Sagewood is going to help mould and teach my child all the life skills they are going to need to succeed in life.

The entire team, from the COO and the upper management team, right down to the educators on the floor are all amazing! They are so kind, warm and inviting at all times and I feel so comfortable leaving my baby in their care. It’s easy to see why their centres fill so quickly and why spaces are extremely limited due to an extensive waitlist!
The COO is extremely knowledgeable and professional from her extensive experience in the industry, and it shows as this filters down through her teams. She only settles for the highest standard of quality care and education and this shows as soon as you enter one of her centres. They are absolutely incredible, with no detail overlooked.
My son gets so excited when I drop him off and is so happy when I collect him, which as a first time mum, is really all that I could ask for! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sagewood Early Learning to anyone wanting to choose a centre for their child.

My partner recently called up the success branch which linked her directly with head office, can’t remember the ladies name…. Seems like she would be a Karen lol.
She was very rude / abrupt and correcting, possessed no people skills whatsoever.
She clearly didn’t want any business, I suggest she undertakes some courses in communication / leadership to better her skills with clientele if she is to succeed in this industry whereas first impressions are highly significant.
