Absolutely shocking store refusing to swap unworn safety shoes which were given to us wrong size.

Highly recommend this shop. Amazing customer service, they spent lots of time showing me different workshoes and even tried different inner soles to make the shoes more comfortable. Do yourself a favour and go here for all your ppe

Brought a $160 pair of steel blue work boots. 2 weeks later the front of the boot has ripped wide open only on one boot and they wont replace or refund them. My line of work was not the cause of the damage. It is poor quality material and poor craftsmanship.

Went in for some boots, unfortunately none in the size & style I wanted. Owner was very helpful though, offered to get them in (1 day wait), and then when I couldn't wait gave me directions to the competition to help me out! Would go here again for the service.
