Saferight Training - Welshpool

I had the privilege of attending the Advanced Scaffolding course at Saferight Training, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! Our instructor, Ocean Emery, had an incredible knack for making the days fly by, while ensuring they were packed with valuable information and loads of fun. Not only did we learn a new techniques, but we also gained a deeper understanding of the scaffolding core, thanks to Ocean's expertise. It was an enlightening and truly enjoyable experience that left me hungry for more knowledge in the field.

Oh my god so slow …. Not even worth one star I asked for refund They said a week ago I'll be getting a full refund so don't worry about it. Now they are not even answering phone call and haven't received any confirmation nor the transaction for refund. Already finished two other courses with Saferight and I was happy with their education. But their management with refund? Terrible! There should be problem in refund

Cassandra is an excellent instructor very knowledgeable and patient keeps the training course on track with regular breaks. Has all the up to date information a very pleasant experience.

The content was nicely thought through, a lot of information share, and overall well delivered! Makes you feel a lot more confident with Acts and Regs

Decided to book my DG with these guys. Denis and Kurt are absolutely phenomenal trainers. They really care about their students by making sure everyone understood the concepts of the course and how to apply many useful techniques both in theory and practical life scenarios. They both went the extra mile to accommodate my needs as a deaf woman by making sure I understood everything was communicated clearly toward me including the rest of the classroom, it's transparent to see they care about every individual by making sure they learn how to do the job right and as safely as possible. Don't be an idiot, listen to the certified trainers and they'll keep you right! Massive appreciation to Kurt and Denis, I will definitely return to upskill my construction skills here with full confidence and faith. Can't wait to see you guys again soon!

Hi there, my name is Damian, and I just did a week's training as a dogger with Kurt Shephard as my trainer. I was just reflecting today and talking with the boys at work about my week and decided to let you know that Kurt makes a huge difference to students when he is teaching a course. He is a great ambassador for Saferight, and when I return to do my rigging, I will be requesting his classroom. Not even worth one star rating. They asked me to reschedule for my skid steer course due to their issue. So I asked for refund because I can't attend on any other date. They said a week ago I'll be getting a full refund so don't worry about it (this happened on last thursday through phone call). Now they are not even answering phone call and haven't received any confirmation nor the transaction for refund. Very disappointed. Already finished two other courses with Saferight and I was happy with their education. But their management with refund? Terrible! Stop holding my money to your selves and give it back to me.

Completed two day forklift course at Saferight welshpool.
Craig was a excellent trainer very easy going and helpful with any questions we had.
The facilities are good office staff are helpful and friendly.
I would recommend Saferight for anyone wishing to complete a high risk course.

I recently completed my "Conduct telescopic materials handler operations" with John. I have to say the course was very professional.

After reading the reviews, I was cautious about going to saferight, but to be honest it was the opposite to what I had expected. Their was a student whos English was not their first language. From my point of view, John was very happy to work with them to help then get through the training. His explanations were clear, precise and he had good knowledge of the training he was providing. He catered to everyones need and gave us plenty of time to complete the theory component. Based on this, I would be happy to return to saferight for future training.

I will not advise to you if English is your second language and the other think I realize is if you got wrong some questions they telling you we have to book another day and they charging you have of the amount you pay before even do you can correct the the questions one or two or three and it takes to fixed 5 or ten minut they will tell you book another day and another money. My advice is there alot of other places better,

I highly recommend Saferight. I had a great experience. They were very professional and friendly. I have to say a big thanks to Andrew for teaching me he has had alot of experience in the industry he gave us quite a few tips to look out for in the future.

This place is just terrible! It's offering the cheapest option for Cert 3 Mine Rescue, and it's cheap for a reason.
The owner had the audacity to interrupt an assessment so he could share some "good news". This good news was about him buying property and had absolutely no relevance to our assessment. He then put us on the spot asking for feedback during a lesson and we told him the truth, we weren't happy. This caused him to get really irate as I guess he was expecting us to tell him the sun rises on his command. We were trained in practices that are not used in the mines for vertical rescue and there was an over lapping of classes. We had a BA class walk through our live fire training area. The BA class had the BA masks we needed for our live fire training, so part of our training was done without the complete equipment.
I did my course back in May 2022, our entire class is still waiting for the upload of our qualifications to our USI portals. The whole class has called, emailed and queried this and we were promised time and time again that it would be done. 6 months later and still nothing.

I do not recommend this business at all.
