Sadhana Constructions

We used Sadhana to build our new family home. There are so many reasons why they were so good to deal with & we have already highly recommended them to our Friends & Family. Some of the things that stood out to us that separated Sadhana from other Builders we spoke with were.a. Going out of their way by researching our council laws & negotiating to get us approval for extra floor space,
b. Teaching us pitfalls to watch out for & how to get the best resale value for our property (if we want to sell in the future),
c. How to self-source selection choices we wanted to get them for a much better price, as well as
d.design ideas which we never thought of that added so much to the finished result!
e. Anytime we weren’t 100% happy with a Tradies work quality, Sadhana would treat our concern seriously & rectify the matter (even once when the work was within an acceptable tolerance, it was redone 24 hours later!)
f. Dealing with the same Team throughout the process made a big difference as we received a very personable service + they knew everything from our history, saving us having to reexplain ourselves over & over.g. Our build cost with Sadhana was considerably better than quotes we had from 4 other Builders (such as Dale Alcock & other project builder companies)

Speed of construction is a big plus with these guys, they are very efficient and process driven. Their lead designer, Yishan, also produces exceptionally functional design solutions for difficult sites. Would highly recommend for home builders and developers alike!
