S & T Thai Gourmet Cafe reviews
52 Haven't been here for many years. A lot of Thai come here. Came for dessert take away this time.
Environment: Small shop with simple furniture.
Service: very hustle and busy. The front desk lady was till smiling to us, and explain the differences of the product.
Desserts: $7 each plastic box. Not too sweet. Texture and filling was good.
My absolute favourite Thai restaurant by far! This restaurant food is so delicious and authentic. I highly recommend everyone to check it out! I love the spices and the flavours of the food! I would rate S&T 1000000000000000000 out of 10.
A bit overhyped. They ran out of coconut juice and sticky rice by evening. I ordered pork skewers with sticky rice and got charged with same price when they replaced with jasmine rice. The meat tasted gamey. I was with Thai guests who found the dishes average.
This place offers nothing but just yummylicious food. Must try chef recommend lemon barramundi.
This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Perth- and I've been to many! No matter what I order from the menu, it turns out delicious. My favourite dish is "moo ma nao" and "larb pork". I've been eating here for years and they haven't let me down.
Superb authentic spicy Thai food. It’s just like being in Bangkok. It’s a busy place but if you want. Real Thai food. Here is a fantastic option. They also have BYO wine and Beer. Which is always a nice option.
100% would recommend the Thai fish cakes here. The food came out a bit slow - or perhaps we were just hungry. But overall enjoyable dinner.
Waited 20mins and paid 13.9 for a ridiculously small portion of papaya salad (takeaway) and you can't even see the shrimp in the salad.
Best Thai Food experience in Perth!
I cant get enough of their spicy som tom (papaya salad) & their lunch menu's Pad ka prow. Almost on a daily visiting basis i find that their friendly staff is always welcoming. The food & presentation is always authentic and well portioned. I cant say enough good things about this place!:) Krup kun krup
Can't get enough of the dark soup noodles with pork. The taste of the broth is out of this world! And if you love your spice, request for extra spicy and get ready for a workout while you eat!
First time since CV as a sitdown meal. (Had been for takeaway a few times.)
Really impressed with how they are operating. Whilst eating saw them wipe down all door handles and tables as well as mop tbe floor. As usual meal was excellent.
Another cafe we go to very often for authentic Thai. If non -Thai, downgrade heat level. I eat mild as medium is quite hot.
Good thai food, that isn't just the sweet type. Spice level can be a bit hit and miss at times, but if you aren't there for the spice there is plenty of other food choices available. I recommend the whole fried fish dishes.
Found a piece of chicken in my vegetable red curry which was supposed to be vegan! They need to be more careful when it comes to that!
Massaman beef is not fresh! They literally microwaved mine and some bits were still frozen! I cannot believe people rate here 4.5! I ordered fresh coconut water. It wasn't fresh either despite the waiter said it was!
Having lived in Thailand myself, this restuarant reminds me most of my time there. The authenticity almost reminisces of the days when I could access a simple but delicious thai restuarant near the corner of my street. The food is super delicious and service is extremely good as the employees possess adequate english speaking skills.
Highly recommend this restuarant if you love thai food.
Discovered this place when I lived in Perth three years ago. Remember the authentic Thai flavours and it's just all about the food. Like you in a Thai home and mama cooking. I came back three years later. Decided trying something different. The fried chicken papaya salad with hot chilli sauce was awesome. Been eating Thai since 1986. I wish in Australia we had more s&t Thai cafes. Yummmmm.
If Someone like strong favor it is your best choice. Tom Kay Gai was very very very salty.even l can’t eat. Also papaya Salad was tiny dish but it was charged $18.9
Anyway l only recommend pineapple fried rice. Only it is worth if l come back the restaurant.
Fantastic and authentic Thai food. They do amazing all day $10 specials, and you wouldn't find a better deal for food that tastes like you were in down town Bangkok having a feed on the side of the street. Take my word for it, I'm from Thailand and spent 16 years growing up there!
If spicey and authenticity are what you aftering, don't miss this place. Prior booking may be a good idea.
Good authentic Thai food. I highly reccommend their lunchtime deals. I got sticky rice, fried chicken and som tam for $10.
