Very busy but great medical professionals and staff. Service was great and didn’t have to wait long. Excellent!

Excellent Service received from my GP doctor, Reception and Western Diagnostics, top professionals.

Made an appointment well in advance, appointmemt time came and went. We waited just over 2 hours, no updates, no way of telling where in the queue we were, people have places to be.

I get things get delayed but at least give us a way to know how long we'll be waiting for, so we can came back when it's time instead siting around and wasting our time.

Dr. Lancelot really helpfull to patients. He give appropriate time resolve issue. I am really glad that Rudlock rd Medical not far from my home.

The wait time is unprecedented! We use HotDoc app and never had the time we booked to see the Doctor!
Dr Patricia is the only doctor who treats patients with empathy and care! Even though it’s bit of a lengthy wait to see her, I would say it’s worth the wait.
I’ve seen three male Doctors and they all are a shame to Australian medical professionals! Rude, they never listen, even if listened wrong data in medical journals! Absolutely ridiculous!
If anyone wishes to experience how the doctors surgery operates in a third world country, you could get that experience right here in Morley Western Australia, just book a male doctor!

Online booking doesn't work. Staff have no clue. Drs charge you just to gey repeat scripts. Medical system is terrible.

Book an appointment for 3: 10 on Wednesday. Did this on Monday. Come into my appointment 15 minutes early. Here I am still waiting. Checked at reception, was told my doctor was late. Never had a problem here before until recently. Come on guys pick up the pace Dr Patricia Nyaung nobody want to wait for nearly two hours.

Good practice for walk in.we got an appointment within an hour.highly recommend this practice.

Have been to a few of the doctors here and so far they have all been very rude and kept me waiting over an hour even for scheduled appointments.
Wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.

Waited over an hour from the scheduled appointment time for a doctor who could not answer basic questions I had about my child's health. And there were others who were waiting even longer than I was. Not happy

Pathology Nurses are the worst.internal conflict is their.anyone can see that if one nurse it taking 15 minutes to collect smaple, then another nurse will make sure she will take more than 15min.and of course their take their coffee and loo breaks.

Just the absolute worst GP experience I've ever had. While I acknowledge that medical reception would be a tough job, the reception staff who I dealt with were rude and completely incompetent. Much worse though, was the GP. I saw him about about a possible skin cancer and he absolutely could not care less. Told me to go somewhere else to get a mole scan, refused to do a biopsy and was rushing me out the door after I'd barely sat down. Just don't come here, it's a waste of time.

Don’t go this place they lost my all medical history when I moved there, long waiting to see a doctor, they are unprofessional one of the doctor told me my symptoms is my head I don’t have any problem

The treatment nurse and Dr Lee were amazing and helpful. The poor admin lady at the front desk could use more help.

Highly recommend Dr Thin Thin Soe. She is very nice and is very dutiful in her practice. It's ashame she is only available when the practice doesn't bulk bill.

The staff and doctors at rudloc road medical are very professional, always going out of their way to help and make sure you get the best of care. Also nurse ashlee is great with all patients and provides the best care, wouldn't go anywhere else! Keep up the great work guys!

The doctor computer is not working and no one told us. The doctor came in and out and never said anything!
