Rubicor Workforce reviews
5My consultant was great, extremely professional and helpful to my situation, very quick to find me a role and all round great service whilst temping within the public sector. This staff member has now left and now I can see how extremely unprofessional this company is. No super has been paid for almost 1 year, despite being given an estimate for April 2019. All calls for payroll go to a dead line where know one answers, I do not get replies to e mails and reception tells me they will get someone to call me back (they never do) - Extremely disappointing, do not trust this company.
Nearly 1.5 years of my superannuation not paid to me but collected from my employer. Extremely disappointing. No response to email or phones.
This recruitment agency is terrible. Unprofessional. Unorganised.and they have the worst communication.
And to think they work for big companies.
Embezzles money from a client looking for employment! AVOID!
Jarred Curtis from the Melbourne office photocopied my bank card, ordered dinner from Deliveroo for himself delivered to the office, hired me for Coke, fired me, refused to pay me for jury duty and refused to send me my separation cirtificate to apply for centrelink, leaving me with no income whatsoever for 3 weeks and I'm sure planned to send the Jury Duty payment to his own account if I gave up.
Suddenly he is gone and the office won't provide the evidence needed to have him charged. Cameras or rosters would norrow the suspects to him.
Dont trust this company at all. They protect their people not their clients
Disappointing experience, you could do worse but you'd have to put some effort in.much unlike some of the staff.
