The LVR/CPR course goes over the key information and covers all you need to know, much more efficient than St John's long drawn out version

RTS price was very good with 5 hour Online theory to do then 1 and a half hour of practical. It worked out really well. The tutor was very knowledgeable with info and great sense of humor. I must admit it was much better done this way for me.

This was my 2nd time with RTS training and this time far outweighed the pre-covid19 course and other courses with other companies. Having most of the course online saved me a lot of time and let me complete it in the comfort of my own home. The short practical let me practice what I had learnt and fine tune my skills with a trained nurse. I'd highly recommend and continue to use them if this is the new standard of training. It would also greatly help my co-workers who also have high workloads.

Completed the CPR training this morning with Jodie Thompson. She was really excellent in her role and, even though I've done the course before, I still learnt things. She was also pretty entertaining, which was appreciated and made it memorable.

Practical training is ok. But the service in facility is bad. No kitchen no toilet is allowed to use by students. Customer service is bad anyway.

Very efficient and entertaining training session. Nicole was relatable and explained things in an easy to understand way.

First Aid refresher course: Nicole was a top trainer - Was able to bring her experience to the course in a very relevant way and communicated the course content in short, simple, effective phrases. My 3rd first aid course and the best ive had. Highly recommend

Thank you RTS for providing CPR training that was up to date and evidence based. The use of modern resus mannequins with in-built indicators to guide correct application of resus techniques was really useful. The presenters were professional, approachable and knowledgeable. I would use your services again.

RTS came and conducted Provide First Aid and refresher CPR training at our offices. The trainer Luke was great, had detailed knowledge of the topic and presented well. Would recommend RTS.

I recently attended a CPR course. Ben is a fantastic trainer. He spent time explaining things in detail and encouraged group interaction with discussions. The hands on CPR was great as well.

The only thing I have to complain about is trying to find the location of the building was extremely difficult, so more signage / directions would be appreciated.

Attended CPR training with RTS. Great training facilities, convenient hours, location, parking! Luke was amazing and energetic, time went super fast, not a one boring moment! Course is very informative and conveniently split in two parts (online theory prior to training itself), which is way more effective then attending one block of long hours. Highly recommended!

Completed both a senior first aid and a manual handling course with this company, instructors are incredibly friendly and professional, highly qualified individuals who make the process easy and quite enjoyable, would highly recommend attending for any qualifications or certificates as I will be most likely re-using their great services again in the future.
