RoyAl's Chicken and Burgers Victoria Park reviews
66Burger good. Doesn't come with fries. $17 for my basic burger. Service pretty average due to current climate in hospitality. Told we had to sit at a two seater as only two of us even though at 6pm restaurant was 75% empty.
One of the best burger places with service to match the food.simply incredible. The queues speak at each outlet speaks for themselves.
New restaurant is fantastic. Eat in if you can rather than take away. The burgers are all fantastic, the sauces make every side way better and the popcorn chicken is the best in Perth. Get the bottomless iced tea, you will not regret it. Cannot recommend this place enough, love it here.
Their beer taps were broken. They served no Corona. The chips came 5 minutes AFTER the burger arrived (I actually thought the chips came from Coles). When the tables were wiped, the scraps were just wiped onto the floor. I assume they thought the patronage would just step on the debris and carry it out with them.
OH YES, and the best part of all. If i want a burger that tastes like Hungry Jacks, I'll go to Hungry Jacks. You've got NOTHING on Grill'd mate. Grill'd Burgers FOREVER.
Amazing food! If you want to smash a good burger, chicken and sides, this is the place to go. The service was great. Even at 8: 30pm on a Friday night there guys were fully packed but still found my partner and I a table. Will come again
I ordered 12 pieces gangnam chicken wings for take away but I got only 11 pieces and the mayo was looks like used one as you can see the picture I attached.
Ordered a simple royal with cheese afterall you can't go wrong with a simple cheeseburger and it's a great judge of character for what else is on offer.
According to the cheeseburger, nothing good is on offer. I think in terms of greasiness it's on par with any McDonald's burger, in terms of flavour, there was too much sauce to really grasp the simpleness of the burger. The patty was nice and thick and cooked well but honestly the whole thing just tasted like oil and tomato sauce.
If that flavour is your thing as it is with so many of the other reviews then by all means spend your money there, though you could still get a cheaper feed at maccas with the same consistency.
Pretty good - the burgers may have not been as impressive as other a few competitors in the area but I suppose its great for what it offers. Also a great part of experience is when you dine-in as the place itself is big, lively and cheerful.
Been here a few years ago not sure if its changed owners? But the wait was over 20mins and the food was cold chicken wasn't cooked enough! We left over half the meal not eaten i hate to give a bad review but hppe they see this and sort it out.last time was the best fried chicken and this time was the worst and loud music made it even harder to call your order from that small window maybe they scared of covid? I would recommend try it cause of how good the experience was alot of times before cant make a decision based on one bad time but i will try one more time if they same im never going back.
We ordered 2 The Stanley burgers, 1 buttermilk fried chicken and 1 taters tots. Once we got it home, found only 1 burger and it's a chicken burger, the takeaway bag has been stabled up. So we didn't check it untill we got home. We called them to see if they could refund, but no one answer the phone at all.
Loving the new location. The burgers are awesome, lots of variety, so plenty to suit different tastes. A very wide selection of craft beers. Oh boy, those onion rings.
The front counter chick didn’t smile once and wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. Won’t be coming back.
You'll get a tastier and cheaper burger at Hungry Jacks. The burger patty is tasteless mush with no texture, the bun disintegrates in the meat fat, the mayo leaves an awful creamy taste in your mouth - put it all together and it is a foul eating experience. Never going back here.
Very racist stuff for delivery drivers. Boy at front send the delivery driver around the place during heavy rain. But from the main entrance to delivery pick up point was only 7 steps through the main entrance. You are crazy people there.
Don’t see why they have so many 5 star reviews burgers are sloppy in small buns and are like you would get from any roadhouse up north
Waited over an hour for the order to get out while most of the room was getting served. Really slow service
Rarely a bad burger here, between the weekly special and the stalwart regulars, there is something for everyone.
And now with the new venue, enjoy a refreshing beverage or a 'big kids milkshake'. If that's too much you can always such with the endless ice tea!
Asked the what seems to be ‘manager’ of the venue, politely, if i was able to request a song. He responded by shaking his head and saying “i’m so busy right now” whilst looking at me as if i had asked to bang his sister. Keep in mind this so called ‘manager’ looked like a Tony Hawk imposter due to his casual wannabe skater appearance and I did in fact capture Mr. Hawk change the song on the laptop inside the venue on this very busy night which was a big slap in the face. Apart from his ignorant attitude, the food was quite tasty.
Ordered Uber Eats and it showed up near cold and soggy (obviously I don't blame this on RoyAl's, this was probably an Uber thing).
That said it was a pretty average burger regardless. We paid $2 extra in both burgers for chips (turned out to be chips inside the burger itself). One burger had 6 tiny chips in it. The other was maybe 10 all squashed down. It was a pathetic sight to see lol.
I have been to RoyAls in person and it was better fresh, but I don't think it really stands up to other burger places in the area.
The chickpea veggie patty was one of the best I’ve tried, you can make it full plant-based with the vegan bun they also have.
