Royal tea

This was the kind of tea I got served. It was flavourless, and all lumpy.the server was inexperienced yet rude.

Tried the brown sugar tea, was pretty good. Shake well first or it will taste gross. Quick service.

Decided to try it the first time after passing it on numerous occasions. Brought the Brown Sugar ranked one which was well advertised but did not live up to it. Asked for a large and got a mixture where the brown sugar was on the bottom (which was pretty okay but not enough) but the rest was just normal milk. For the price and what your getting its not worth it (I regret wasting money on it). Rating it one star for that.

But the cups are really genius and well designed and enjoyed using them.

Pricey, but it claims fresh fruit or homemade for some products. Confused about the different versions of menu. Blood Orange Jasmine and Golden Pineapple is fresh fruit tea or smoothie? When I drank either blood orange jasmine or Golden pineapple, they are definitely fruit teas more than smoothies. A lot of pulp in it. Blood orange jasmine was not bad and well-balance of two flavors - 7/10. What's in Golden pineapple other than pineapple? Not well-mixed. It's Ceylon Tea in there? L Should tell the ingredients if it's not really smoothie.
Service: Fast.

Don't really like to give bad review but the price for a large size of their so called famous Brown sugar latte taste really bad. I do not like to waste food but still could not finish the drink it was really that bad. And lastly, the tea consider very expensive compare to other branded BBT shops.

The drinks are delicious in general are delicious and there is a lot of variety. Would recommend to others.

Cheesy fruit smoothies are super yum. Milk teas are nice and strong flavoured. Some are a little pricey though.
Wish it opens earlier in the AM!

Pricey for its size. They charge $6.50 for a small cup. Some of flavour is good but cant choose size.

Shocking service. Bought $6.50 tea, and the owner is extremely reluctant to give you change. Which business doesn’t keep cash float?

I hardly give low star review, but the Yunnan Milk tea was terrible.and the male staff was extremely unfriendly.

First time I tried the tea here, I could see they use lots of real fruit in the drinks. There is a lot of variety that are unique and cannot be found in other bubble tea shops. They also have unique flavours. Service was quick and friendly staff. I was satisfied with my order of supreme jasmine tea and the strawberry cheese. Great combination of jellies and flavours.

Awesome Hong Kong style fruit and milk teas, one of the few places in Perth that uses fresh fruit instead of syrups for fruit teas. Prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality of ingredients used. Well located within Coventry Square (close to Spudshed entrance). Can't wait to try some of the other varieties!

Ordered one drink and the lady at the till said they got out of pearl stuff (?) so had to wait for 40mins until it’s cooked. I just got the drink without it which I already accepted but after first drinking I was pretty disappointed that it was totally bland and tasteless.
Such a shame cause I was kinda looking forward to trying this new place but wasn’t worth it.

I love a fresh fruit tea especially a super fruit Jasmine fruit tea with passion fruit chock-a-block full of fresh fruit. What a busy shop I'd love to say it was quick service but they just can't with the amount of people that are here, I did get my tea in under five minutes but there is a big line, that is to be expected with how good this tea tastes. Come down to Coventry markets and grab yourself a super fruit Jasmine fruit tea.

Ordered their boba tea drink which is i think too pricey for its size and quality. It's literally just some pearl with splash of milk and nothing else taste too bland. The size is just about a small as a coffee cup like a kid size.

Staffs are Nice but waited 20 mins for just one drink that is plain tasteless with big chunks of unblended ice.

Got 1 of their trial today. The matcha with cheese foam I believe. It's awesome. Btw they will open on this friday so give them a try
