Can’t rate this place higher! After a horrible experience at another place the
staff from reception to my treating doctor I am so thankful! They have always tried to get me in when needed asap. I’m a truely greatful

The doctor didn’t even look at my daughters skin. She misdiagnosed her condition and cost me an absolute fortune in prescribed creams that didn’t work.

The receptionist is unbelievably rude from the moment she answers the phone. It isn’t a once off, she has been rude to me on numerous occasions and also to a family member who booked an appointment recently. Advice to clinic is to sack your receptionist as the doctors there are amazing but she is letting you down.

I believe that this private practice is the number one skin clinic in Perth, and I must mention Dr. Jamie Von Nida, of course, he's an expert on his job apart from that a kind, caring gentleman. Also, the front office staff is professionally assisting patients and their carers.
My wife had a hair loss issue, which was treated perfectly with visible results, and my teenage daughter is getting treatments for Acne which is well controlled, and my little daughter had some skin condition on her foot and it was also treated well - Thanks to Royal Street Dermatology!

Prescribed me the wrong cream for my face and made my condition worse! Wouldn’t even offer me my money back as I paid cash and wasn’t covered by Medicare.

A friendly and efficient practice. I found Dr Moloney to be thorough, caring and professional and have no hesitation in recommending him to potential patients.

Amazing experience, beautiful friendly and professional staff who help provide wonderful care. Dr is exceptional and after a very long ordeal elsewhere has helped me feel worth it and understood. I feel very lucky and grateful that I was referred here,

Reception staff are horribly rude and do not even look up at you. We were told to make a follow up appointment by the Doc for 6 months at the desk after paying an exorbitant amount for a 10 min consult i was told we don't book that far out you will have to call later. When i did call i was told they were fully booked and couldn't see me till December at which time the script would have run out - I called to get an updated script to cover the time and was told this was another $10 charge - a money making racket! It was cheaper to get my patient file - yes i am charged for my own records - and to go to a practice where I am treated with respect and like the patient and not just a number bringing money through the door. Avoid this practice

They have really helped me where others have failed including any natural remedies and the practitioners there support you in any ideas you may have to help yourself!

Updated: Had efficient communication from the practice since and the issues have been resolved due to their apology for the waiting period of time.

Waited one hour and ten minutes, (they don't even have bathroom facilities in the waiting rooms) and was literally in with the doctor for 5 minutes who gave me the exact same prescription as my doctor gave me, except she didnt charge me $150 for the pleasure. Feel absoultely ripped off. DO NOT GO unless you know your doctor cannot give you the same treatment.
