46Very good facility large bowl punching bags and speed balls and experienced and knowledgeable staff. The only downside from a boxer's point of view is no boxing ring for sparring.

This is more than a gym. If you have any doubts about it, then come and check it out. My wife and me are members for little more than a year and we can just highly recommend it. Effort and time that owners and staff are putting into Round 1 on an everyday basis is just incredible. A variety of individual and group session plus tailored programs is something I didn't see in any gym so far.

If you want to get fit and have a proper workout then this is the place to go. Pro active staff both during classes and out of classes.
