Rossmoyne Chinese Restaurant

The Char Kuay Teow we had from yesterday’s dinner was too oily for our stomach. We got indigestion, kept burping for hours! With CKT taste in my breath. Stomach not good this morning.

Having a bad diarrhoea suspect fried Kuey teow. It’s too only, my wife & I felt the same oily & uncomfortable stomach. This late morning stomach upset, very seldom happen. The bee hoon is our favourite, unfortunately happened last night having Fried noodles.

Absolutely delicious bakmi (noodles)! Must eat whenever I come to Perth. Not the kind of place to celebrate weddings of course, but perfect for a quick lunch.

This restaurant offers authentic Hakka cuisine. It is indeed a small restaurant but offers a cozy and welcoming ambiance. I have been there a few times with family and friends. Delicious food and excellent service. Recommend Hakka noodle, salted egg squid, ginger duck, ice kacang, pork knuckle and meatball soup.

Authentic hakka kolomee! Portion is a tad small, probably I'm too hungry from work:/ recommended for this and will come back.

Very tasty and enjoyable food, friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant has easy access with a lot of parking spots.

Dear counter staff
Food is great.
But please do not inform us of price change only when we’re getting the bill afterwards, while price change was noted on the wall, but by time of billing, you’re showing us yet another price change.
And, it’s written all over your face of ‘so what? ’
That’s exemplified by your reply in cold tone ‘You should’ve asked price of dishes beforehand’

Even the menu on table are of old prices, just like what’s on the wall.

Oh yes, ‘we did not ask’ for receipt too.
Frankly, not sure how many version of ‘new price changed’ menu you kept in your sleeve, or drawer?

Take away roasted chicken, dry as f. All bone no meat. Expensive. This is a disgrace to asian food.

Joseph recommended to me his favourite Grandma's Recipe Fried Maifun (vermicelli) dish here. I was so surprised that the taste of this fried thin vermicelli was so delicious and beyond my expectation. I have not come across such a similar dish in Perth before. So pleased to meet chef Danny. He came from Rahang of Seremban. His Hakka noodle dish is very similar to the Seremban Hakka noodle dish. (2021-09)

Traditional Hakka - very rare gem of a place. Hakka steam chicken, hakka noodle with fried pork, homemade meatball soup, hakka style stuffed tofu, all have that super light but full seasoning (delicate balance) character of real hakka food.

You must try the Hakka Noodle here! They have the best fried pork, thin noodle, crunchy bit and abit of soup to slurp at the end? Don’t forget to order the 3 layered milk tea and ice kachang too!

Good food but not a good system. Order takeaway have to wait inside 30 minutes because they have been giving orders to people who come after me.

Not sure if I want to come back with just ok taste and had to wait 45 minutes just for 2 bowls of noodles

Terrible service and food. They suggested something else in the menu because they had ran out of the first choice we made.it That's ok. We went ahead with her suggestion. Waitress didn't write the order down clear and they mixed up the order. Kitvjen hands shouted at waitress instead of just making a new order.which was horrible. They ask her to ask if we can just accept the wrong order.
We didn't. Because it was what we wanted.

They talked bad about customers in the kitchen out loud in their own language. We had to tell them we could hear the uncomfortable conversation and understood it. Had to tell them to stop too. And the food is just bad.

Honestly. Why do we even pay for your service and food when we're going to get a terrible experience out of it. There's plenty of other choices in vic Park that's better. Better service better quality of food. Less expensive too as a bonus.

Their on line menu has incorrect prices. When we mentioned that they needed to honour the online price they refused. The ACCC states that if a price is advertised at less than that stated then that price must be honoured.
Fix you menu.

Good food however not satisfied with the service. Please ensure you book a table before dining with them. We walked in and waited, we’re told that we will be given a table inside after a vacated table. We were then made to sit outside as the table that we have been waiting for has been given to someone else who has booked. We then sat outside and waited for another table inside and the same thing happened. Good food however it will be my first and last time there.

Hidden little gem of Chinese Hakka style food. They're busy despite there being no signage of their shop (leftmost shop as you enter complex). Touch expensive but goes with the neighbourhood I guess.

Yee sang is good for CNY.

We ordered 3 vege salted egg yolk, steam tofu and two hakka noodles. Came back and said run out of noodle at 7: 45pm. Waitress recommended dried pork noodle but it came out soup noodle 10 mins after. Wrong ordered but they were trying to get us keep the wrong food. The chef and the waitress was complaining about new orders in the kitchen but we can hear it clearly. Overall, dried pork noodle was filled with MSG, three vege was actually eggplant and sweet potato, customer service is really awful.
