I had a really crappy experience at Rosie's in Joondalup (the outlet next to Inflatable World).
The person serving me had not been trained. I had 4 meals to order and after I ordered the first item, she rang it up and told me the total. I said I had more to order; ordered the second thing and then she rang it up and told me the total. I said again I had more to order, but she did the same thing again.
Each time I ordered, she didn't know what I was ordering and kept laughing and asked her colleague, who repeatedly rolled her eyes and sighed. She had to keep walking over to the wall to see what I was asking for (there was a list - why was that not near the till?). Once I had finally finished ordering, she told me that there was enough chicken for one of my orders, but not both. So they had one piece of chicken available.
By then I was a bit confused, so I asked what I was getting in my order, and the very first thing she repeated back was wrong. So I told them to forget it.
Rosie's - train your staff! Teach them customer service, and maybe employ people who actually want to work, not f$&k around.
So my first experience with Rosie's chicken was a total cluck up. Won't be going again.
