Delivery was a day late despite paying extra for a Sunday delivery. Flower arrangement was beautiful once it arrived though.

The price of my order was different on the iPad to my phone conversation. I am 82 yrs old I use Roses only frequently and would rather speak on the phone than ordering on line.

The lady who took my order was efficient, helpful and the flowers and Easter gifts she chose for me to send to my wife, who is in Aged Care in Melbourne, are absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone as very capable florists. Geoff Bailey.

Really disappointed with the quality, not fresh. Leaves were half dead and some of the flowers were dying. For the money, I would have been better off buying from Woolworths.
