I used a groupon for eyebrow threading and tint. The attention to detail was wonderful and the least painful experience I have had. It was also really nice not being constantly being asked if I wanted extras to boost sales. Over all a wonderful little hidden gem, would definitely recommend and definitely going back.

I always have a good experience when I get anything done here. I Highly recommend making an appointment and trying them out.

If I had option to rate 0 I would do that. I got eyeleashes extensions and they didn't even tell me the after care and all that.also said it will last for 3 weeks.hahaha very funny it didn't even last 5 days from 2nd day it started coming off don't waste your money going to this place. ‍️

The most effective and solely place to go. They deal with you with so much respect and they only want to make you feel gorgeous. I wouldn't go anyplace else.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service.
Never come here they will probably cancel on you like they did me 30 mins before your appointment claming they have no hair dresseres working even tho they had been open all morning Although probably did me a favour after reading the other reviews on how much that have ruined peoples hair and how unhygenic the place is.

If I could give this place a 0, I would, I have been here for 2 and a half hours now and I still haven't had my treatment or my "style cut" and they promised me it would only be a couple of hours. Please ladies, do NOT come here, they have ruined my "dry" hair, as the stylist put it while ripping my hair out putting the colour in. Meant to be going to an event tonight and they are making me SOOOOOOO late, and do not care! Poor, poor, poor service

Worst experience I've ever had. I wanted a simple eyelash extension, the owner/only worker in store, had no clue what she was doing, she was using cheap eyelashes from RED DOT as i seen the price tag! She glued both top eyelashes to my lower eyelashes, i couldn't open them for 15 minuets whilst she was trying to separate. I was in excruciating pain for over 3 hours because of how much glue she had just put straight into my eyes (i couldn't drive home i had to call family) i had to go to the doctors next day and be given eye drops because she had damaged my cornier. I asked to see her certificate in beauty, she refused.

So happy with my new hair, she did an amazing job and achieved the results I asked for. Thankyou!

Totally unprofessional salon. They don't honour appointments or vouchers. Totally disrespectful to customers and have no sense of respect for the time they're wasting of people who show up for appointments, from great distances, for staff to deny the appointment exists. Thumbs down, do not reccommend. All their customers lashes look rubbish too.

Dixie is a beautiful talented person, will never go anywhere else for lashes, threading and more. The salon is a hidden gem. Definitely worth every penny. Dixie has the best expertise in lashes and is a friendly and helpful beauty therapist. Her threading skills are amazing and I will be returning for all my hair and beauty needs.

Very bad experience got lash extensions, they were heavily glued onto skin on my eyelids very fake hard extreme black lashes. Felt like knives and all one length. 3 hours later my eyes hurt so tight with glue. I got no aftercare advice. The lashes came out and took all my natural lashes. I am left with red sore weeping eyes. It's been a nightmare. I talked to owner she took no responsibility, I offered to come in to show her my eyes. It was Saturday and she said she was too busy!

Got eyelash extensions very poor job. Lost all my bottom eyelashes on one eye as the top an ad bottom lashes were stuck together with glue and when she tried to seperate them all my botto. Lashes were pulled out. I was told yhis was 'Normal' the next day chunks of the lashes were falling out and taking my lashes with them I complained and was offered to refill the gaps which I did but the same thing has happened 24hrs later. I regret getting them done here and told Dixie this! I know by the time they all fall out I will have no natural lashes left again this 'normal'. The lashes are hard and the glue must be cheap but I also feel she is very inexperienced! Go elsewhere not worth saving a few $$ when quality is poor!

Very Disappointed.
I bought a Groupon voucher for a shellac pedicure called straight away to make the booking and was told it was over a weeks wait, fine with this as they said they had been busy with the voucher. Made my appointment for Saturday in 2 weeks time. When I arrived at the appointment (just a casual half an hours drive) I was told that my booking was for the Friday? (I work Fridays so know 100% that I would not have made the appointment for then) and that she was the only person working today so I wouldn’t be able to have my appointment honoured. What a bloody waste of time. So upset, not even going to bother rescheduling, Groupon will be going straight in the bin. Don’t waste your time with this poorly run salon.

WORST EXPERIENCE
I don’t normally write bad reviews but I feel I have no other option. I had eye lash extensions and a hair cut and both were of poor quality, and I left very unhappy and upset. I don’t think the beautician/hair dresser was actually qualified. I have written many emails, messages on messenger, phone messages to discuss this but after 3 weeks I still have not heard a response from the owner or manager. I have never come across such bad customer service where they simply do not care! The best I can do is warn others from not coming here. Do not read the ‘positive’ reviews on here they are not from real customers.

Bought a shellac pedicure together with my friend and had the worst service from the staff. Received a very poor job from her- did not remove my previous nail color properly and painted the new color over it, filed through my skin and made the most sacastic remark to my friend when she had accidentally dipped her leg in the basin if she had ever done shellac before. I have never experienced so much rolling of eyes from her and she even heaved a sigh of relief out loud after painting our nails. Very unprofessional behaviour from her and I am truly disappointed in the service.
