Ashling and Nikki were very professional and helpful in assisting me to choose a diamond bracelet. They thoroughly explained the differences between the settings, diamond characteristics and I was able to try on bracelets in either white gold or yellow gold. They were patient and friendly without being pushy. I can confidently recommend Rosendorff Jewellers.

I would not recommend this jeweller. I purchased two pieces and both had to be returned due to faulty workmanship. I also found that we had to constantly chase to get a response and updates.

Curious that when I was browsing on my phone, the item I was interested that was initially 1/2 price, changed to full price when I viewed some other pieces. So I checked on my computer and it was 1/2 price again. Needless to say, I felt compelled to purchase it.
Happy with my purchase. Not happy with the coercive advertising behind it.

She has been insightful and extremely generous whilst helping my partner and I pick out our engagement ring. I had a certain date in mind for the proposal and she delivered the ring perfectly on schedule. The ring looks exactly how we discussed and when I saw the final product, it's even more beautiful than I had imagined. My fiancée is also taken away by how gorgeous the ring looks.
