I've tried a number of hair dressers in Perth hoping to find one I'm comfortable with. I've been here a few times now, and I'm hopeful this is one I'll stick with for the foreseeable future. Pleasant and skillful staff. I always leave the premises feeling happy. Edit: Jan 2024, still happy!

Stylist is are very patient, the place is clean, service was fast but did the job. Definitely will visit more often

I have been getting my hair cut by Hayato for a few years now and have always been happy with the result. Hayato is attentive and personable and my experience has always been great.

I did Japanese hair treatment, trim and highlights with Hayato. The highlight turned out brighter than what I was aiming for but overall I’m very happy with the result. Highly recommend this salon.

The service is worth the price. For the price, you get hair wash (& massage), style cut and dry. I've always had this small issue of voicing my opinion and feeling that the style I want isn't followed. But with Silk hair and straightening they follow the style I want and make it look good! They also suggest improvements to the style to make it more natural. My go to hair salon.

If you are looking for the best permanent hair straightening service at a reasonable price look no further. My hair is extremely curly and frizzy and I leave there with silky smooth hair. Girls/guys.these guys are amazing and I highly recommend them!

After one too many terrible fringe cut disasters, these days I only trust Hayato to cut my fringe. He listens to what I want and cuts it slowly so I don't feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much!

Best Japanese hair salon in WA! They know what they are doing and Tomo is very professional. She always knows what would be the hairstyle that suits you most! She’s friendly, stylish, and has great knowledge about hair styling and colouring. Been with her for three years already and keep going back every six months.

It was my first visit upon recommendation by a friend. Hitomi was lovely and amazing! She’s friendly and professional. We had a good discussion before deciding on a hairstyle and colour that suited me and my needs (easy to manage on my own as I live in a regional town without a hairdresser service). I trusted her with my makeover from a mid-back long hair to a short bob. Both Hitomi and I were satisfied with the result. ありがとうね、ひとみさん!

Love my hair! My hair is a bit damaged and bleached and went to other salons but they won't accept my hair for rebonding for the reasons above but Hayato did & made it straight & shiny. Highly recommend!

I went to Roselle Hair Lounge for the first time today because of a friend's recommendation. I have short/medium hair and I had been growing it out for a while, so I was nervous for my first haircut in a long time. But now I am so happy, as the lady who cut my hair was extremely friendly and recommended different ways of cutting. I am so happy with how it turned out and it definitely changed the texture of my hair so much (I can't stop running my fingers through it). I found the hair wash very relaxing and it wasn't rushed at all. The salon itself was, even though there were some other clients, very quiet and peaceful.

Don't be fooled by the name of a Japanese hair salon as it is miles away here. First-time visit and flabbergasted by both service and skill of the female hairdresser I had.

Service: The female hairdresser was late for my appointment, no apology, no greeting, no smile, no suggestion for my hairstyle, no willingness to please the customer, list of Nos goes on and on. I felt intimidated and stressed by her rudeness.
Skill/quality: The attached photos tell all. These were taken less than an hour after leaving the salon. I asked for a short bob and did not expect the zigzag finish, or unfinished I should say. No outline is straight. It reminded me of my childhood when my father used to cut my hair and he is not a hairdresser nor good with his hands. Apparently, she has 11 years of experience.

I have requested a refund twice but the owner Hayato refused both times and instead offered to fix it as he thinks there MAYBE room for fixing. MAYBE? I refused his offer as I don’t need another nightmare. After a few rounds of calls and texts, he has completely dropped communication. How sincere their customer service is. This salon is unbelievable on many levels. I am so embarrassed as a Japanese.

First time visit, Hitomi did a beautiful copper balayage. 2nd time visit about a month later, Hayato also did a great job with a colour fresh using a toner and restored the shine and moisture to my hair with treatment service. I’m ready for an upcoming special occasion! Can’t wait for my next visit at Roselle!

Great hair cut and wash for guys at an affordable price. Will need to book beforehand. Can also purchase Japanese hair gels from them directly.

Very pleasant experience I had today! Ms. Satomi did a fantastic job for cutting my hair. Staff here are very polite and nice. It is the first hair salon I have been which doesn’t do any hard selling. They patiently listened to my requests. Furthermore, the price is very reasonable. AUD65 for cutting my extra long hair into above shoulder. It took the hair dresser whole hour to finish it including shampooing and drying. I would go back to the same store for next hair cut.
