Romano's Pizzeria Ellenbrook

Thought I’d give romanos pizza a shot as a few other pizza places weren’t open… I ordered a seafood, and satay was absolutely disappointing dry. Cold, no taste
Definitely not as good as it use to be witch is a shame… but the customer service was awesome.

Amazing pizza, made to order. Generous quality toppings and sides that you could serve as mains. Thank you guys so much, the Satay Chicken pizza I had was phenomenal, the cashews really topped it off.

I have tried the pizza few times but recently it’s not to the expectations. Last two orders were really bad. Not enough toppings and sauce just poured over the whole pizza. Want to support the local business but don’t want this kind of product.

I bought 2 vegetarian pizza.
It came with bacon on pizza.
Peri peri pizza have hardly topping.
Only cheese.
One of worst pizza I ate in my life.

Not only are the staff consistently friendly and accommodating to any special request you might have, the value for money is incredible in this economic climate and the pizza quality is top notch. I categorically refuse to go anywhere else for pizza because Romano's is just that good. A sincere thank you from me for the exemplary service to all at Team Romano's!

This would have been the best pizza I've eaten in a long time. We had a meatlovers and a "the works" pizza. Congratulations, it was absolutely scrumptious. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Thank you, we'll be back.

Always ordered their pizza every week. I feel quality is different how it used to be. A little disappointed with the pizza tonight. I remembered it was so good and full of toppings. I hope Romano knows and win some customers back.

Not recommended this place. I bought two pizza today not enough toppings both half of the have no toppings and cheese only dough.

Really good pizza. Only suggestion to improve things is hiring Taylor Momsen as pizza delivery girl

Terrible & Rude experience tonight at Romano’s Ellenbrook!
My daughter ordered 2 pizzas margarita & cheesy garlic… simple not complicated at all.
She gets home so looking forward to hoeing in & completely disappointed.
Burnt, dry, bits of left over bacon (she’s vegetarian) this is not the first time, but I’ve just let it go…. BUT not tonight!

So I ring and and lady answers I explain that the cheesy pizza is so dry n burnt, so she was helpful and apologetic, asked if anything else they could do do I said yes, you could remake n deliver another one please as I have just got back from the store. No worries!
Few minutes later the OWNER rings to explain happy to give me free pizza but not the delivery it would cost $6, reluctantly I said “ no worries” just this time but next time I will go you elsewhere!

1 hr later still waiting!
So I ring and got hung up on

Rang back OWNER answers rudely & got hung up on again!

He calls himself a pizza owner
Lost my business for sure!

Worst pizza dry no cheese tasteless and they used to be good will not be wasting my money on them again

Love this place, always arrives quicker than expected and is fresh and delicious! I love the mushroom mash pizza!

Bought chocolate chip desert pizza in November and the top was all burnt, but they drizzled it in chocolate sauce so you can't see it till you eat it.

Thought I'd give it another go tonight and the same thing again.

Use to go to romanos a every other week but with the new owners quality has really gone backwards.

My sister ordered me the "mexican" I didn't look what was on it.how is that pizza Mexican in any way?

Got my first pizza from Romania today. I am impressed, hand made base. Plenty of toppings well spread out. I'll be going back for sure

My family and I have been regukar customers for a few years now and we love Romano's. We just tried the new Aveley store as its closer to us and i have to say i was extremely satisfied with our order. The pizzas were perfect. The extras like jalopeno's on our portafino were in abundance. We loved it.

Went to romanos for the first time at there aveley store and my daughter ordered a pepperoni and asked for no olives and got home to find pizza covered with them. Not a good start.

Unprofessional Pizza place. Accepted our order at 8pm on menu log. Takes our money. The decides to not bring our food without any notice. Ruined our Saturday dinner.
Also tried their pizzas years ago average at best.

I ordered from Romano's last night through Door Dash for my kids. No food ever arrived and when I phoned multiple times I just kept getting told that maybe the order was through thier other restaurant and to call there. I asked if she could call and find out as it was the 4th time i had tried calling and kept getting through to the same person and the response was no. The money has come out of our account.very unhappy

Absolutely and forever will be my favourite pizza place, I have never tasted anything better. I have moved house now so live 40 minutes away from here but I still travel the distance just for this pizza.
