Had my Roller Smart install in 2018 Donna was my first point of contact n very helpful I’m very certain that I got my shutters at a good price as I did compare quotes with different company n some would give a big price tag n pretend to give a discount n also ask us to display their company tag in front of our house… had 5 shutters fitted and all fitted well and on time and look great.
Afew weeks ago I rang the office to say that one of my shutter was not working very well n had some kind of noise coming whenever I tried to put it up or down, I was told the company had changed ownership however I paid $180/- sort of a call out fee which I tot it didn’t make sense however it was fitted by a different owner so it’s again only fair so I paid $180/- but I was super happy with the technician Russell he was very professional, polite n knowledgeable would like to say thank you to Marisa and Donna in the office never any problems and a special thank you again to Russell who arrived on time went through everything n left a clean work site and was very pleasant

These guys came to give me a quote. I'd heard horror stories about pushy salespeople at other companies so was a bit worried.
Michael was on time, friendly and not pushy at all. Great quality and the pricing was good, especially with the discount offered for 3 or more. I ended up going with another company (had to pick one!) but I'd definitely recommend Roller Smart.

Pleasant experience all round from the quote I received 4 months ago until the installation last week. Once I was ready to go ahead with the quote it was all done within the 10 days as promised. Excellent value for money. Follow up after installation was also great as I felt like a valued customer. I will be using these guys again.

With so many companies in the market it can become quite overwhelming. After doing my own research and asking two other people about their experiences the answer was clear, Roller Smart Shutters. Not only with regards to price, they had a great range of colors and did not become pushy. Both Chris and Mark were very punctual, polite and extremely tidy.
