Banh mi bread was stale. No sauce. Meat tastes like it had been sitting there uncovered for hours. Drier than the Sahara desert.

The lemongrass beef rice paper rolls and the roast pork banh mi with crackling are god-tier. I don’t care if it’s a chain - it’s gooood. The pork is consistently crispy and this is the only place I’ve found that has never given me a roll full of fat rather than meat.
