Appointment cancelled by the GP 6 minutes before, told cannot fit me in. Took time off work to attend appointment.
Rescheduled 2 days later for a 9: 10am appointment and rung again on the morning at 8am to be told GP has to reschedule for 10am after rearranging kids to be dropped off and work commitments. Just not on to happen twice in one week.

In my experience (there are many serious health issues that involved all of the Doctors at this practise for myself and family members), I fully trust the care and advice these Doctors provide. The Receptionists are always prompt with supplying administrative paperwork via email.

The care I have received at this medical practice from Dr Malik is exceptional. I have never experienced such care, kindness and attention. Dr Malik is genuinely interested in what I am saying, she actively advocates on my behalf and offers such support.
And the medical receptionists and onsite phlebotomist are lovely and kind too. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. If I could give fifty stars, I would.

My husband attended this Medical Centre for many years up until
he passed away a few weeks ago. The medical care he received

Worst medical practice I have attended! Certainly will not be using the services again. Was not able to obtain a medical certificate after returning home from interstate to arrange my fathers funeral service. I caught the flu the day after his funeral. The doctor was horrible and difficult. I did not get the medical certificate. Other family members have been also very dissapointed with the doctors at this practice. None of us will be going back.

The best care i have ever had, immediately made a huge impact on my health. I would never go anywhere else now. Dr Ojo is the best doctor i have ever had, extremely wise and can be brutally honest which is what we need sometimes. Everyone in the clinic has always treated us kindly and professionally.

My family is always treated well when visiting the doctor's here. Receptionists friendly, professional and helpful.

Female Dr has twice now catastrophized my symptoms, sending me twice needlessly to the Emergency dept. She does not listen to the patient and she lacks clinical reasoning. Will not use again.

Was actually told my "behavior was inappropriate" when I dared to question something several times (I was hoping it would eventually make sense) When dealing with medication/prescriptions is it not the patients right to understand the Doctors decision? Will be finding another GP. I would prefer to not delegate any stars, apparently that's not an option.

Never anything but a good experience with Dr Ojo. Listens, acts and thinks about mind and body.

I love this doctor's surgery. I have two small kids and take them quite often for something or other. Appointments are usually readily available, which is a bonus. Dr Ojo is the doctor I usually see as he's the first one we saw and he has held our hand as a family through some difficult and apprehensive moments, and reassured us with a personal touch I didn't expect to receive from my local family doctor. I would highly recommend them.

Rude. Disrespectful. Taking my money and my families healthcare needs elsewhere. 1 star is too high.

Fantastic caring Doctors. I have moved from Roleystone but continue to drive the distance for my healthcare needs. Dr Ojo is the best Doctor I have ever had and I truly respect his abilities and professionalism.
