Biggest of Thankyou's to Doctor Yoko and everyone who treated my beloved pooch today.

Working with dogs for a living myself; I appreciated the recommendation from a fellow dog groomer to see Doctor Yoko.
I booked nearly 10weeks in advance and live over an hour away from Roleystone Animal Hospital.

So greatful to have a clearer understanding about my pooch's body. It's very clear to see the difference in Doctor Yoko's training, experience and expertise.

If recommendationations were a congo line, consider me happily shaking my tail feather at the end.

I cannot say enough about Yoko, Rebecca and Kara at this fine estabilishment.
Not my vet but my boys rehabiltation centre.my poor furby has a bad back grade 3 knee and was in imense pain.
Now with their care and limitless knowledge we have been working on a 12 week program to help Paul recover and stay painfree. Whilst our time is coming to an end l will continue to do his excersices at least everyother day and his massages daily.l know help for my boy is at the end of the phone and the things l have learnt will be something l can use on my ither paps.thanx for fixing my voy.eternally grateful.

I have looked for months and finally found a suitable product to help Bella get up the stairs and off the floor.
The harness is made and sold by this US based company called "HELP EM UP" and have suppliers World wide. They welcome suggestions and feedback as they spend alot of time in research and development. Sold world wide, I found a Rehab Vet who sold it in Australia.
Instead of the 1 pce uncomfortable walking harness this is 2 seperate sections for the front & back (which connect), is adaptable and attaches to other products and straps. I'm so happy with this product.
I can pick Bella up without causing her any discomfort, inc walk her up and down stairs easily. It was fitted by the vet out in Roleystone and cost under 200 with the additional strap (which you can sling over your shoulder/body) to distribute the weight. I love this product and highly recommend it. Also its so comfortable on your pet you leave it on all day. 5 Stars!

Staff are professional and really helpful and caring. I found the pricing superior to all other local vets which is really.helpfull. I cannot recommend them enough.

A great team of caring professionals. I am grateful for everything they have done to help my puppy heal after a major surgery.

By far the best vets I've ever gone to. My dog is so scared of the vets, but these guys go above and beyond to make sure she's comfy and not freaking out too much. If I move away, I'd still have you guys as my vet. AMAZING!

Such lovely people and the vet I saw was very informative. I came in with a couple of ducklings that were having leg issues after seeing this place recommended in a poultry group on Facebook. I didn’t think I’d get an appointment so soon. I was lucky to have caught them early and have since adapted their home and dietary requirements. Hopefully things will look up from here and they’ll be running around again soon! If not, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Thank you!

We brought out boy Dashi for what we thought was a small problem but ended up being fatal. I'm so thankful for the personal and extremely professional experience the staff had given us at this hard time. It made it a bit easier to let him go.

I just wanted to say thank you again to the Roleystone Animal Hospital team for looking after Rosie today and over the last couple of weeks (particularly Dr Jill, Dr Yoko and Adrian for this series of visits!). She's taking her bed rest very seriously and I greatly appreciate how well cared for all our pets are when they come in, whether it's for check ups or something is amiss. We've been coming here since we moved to Roleystone four years ago and they have never been anything less than fantastic.

The most caring people I have dealt with for a long time. Would not recommend anyone else for your best mate

A fantastic experience with the staff at Roleystone Animal Hospital leading up to my dog's wheelchair fitting this morning. Yoko ensured I had all information regarding costing (including rent-to-buy options) when I called to book, and today Rebecca was very friendly and efficient in confirming that my dog would require a quad wheelchair, giving very clear and simple instructions on how to secure him in and release him. Her feedback on ways to maintain his mobility and the importance of supplements was very much appreciated. I'm looking forward t0 getting out and about with him in his wheels so he can enjoy the sights and smells in our neighbourhood again.

My girl had IDVV had her operation (someone were else) it was deemed unsuccessful we were told she’d never walk again.

I found Roleystone through wanting to get Angel a wheelchair. We went in had her fitted, that’s when we learnt about the rehab side of this clinic.
It took a fair few months but she walked again & had such a love for life again.

Roleystone Animal Hospital have been caring for my dog ‍? Since he was a puppy. They are always honest, professional and caring. They are so thoughtful as he always gets his favourite blanket. He loves visiting and am sure he thinks they are his friends. Just loves to go and bounces out of the car every time. Roleystone Animal Hospital has supported our pets through lots of tricky surgeries and near catastrophes ‍️. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is seeking amazing veterinarians who can care for all manner of creatures. They are all absolute stars

Went here for a spay on my 8 month old due to high rating and recommendation. Operation went fine but problems followed after. I was treated rudely by staff there and they forgot to do half the things I asked (trim nails and apply spay tattoo)
Shortly after my pup came down with a serious case of kennel cough and was in no contact with other animals apart from at this vet. He now has a serious infection in his lungs and have had to fork out 200 dollars so far for medication and hope for the best.

Maybe I was the odd customer that didn’t get the standard treatment iv heard from here but I will definitely not be returning or recommending this animal clinic to anyone I know.

Yoko and her team are absolutely brilliant! My border collie x kelpie (11yr old dog) had been suffering from a sore leg from over 12 months. After failing to get results with numerous other vets over the 12 months period I'd started to lose hope until I took my dog to Roleystone Animal Hospital. The team took the time to conduct a thorough assessment and developed a rehab plan that had my dog moving pain free and acting like a puppy again within 2 weeks. Simply amazing! I could not recommend the animal rehabilitation services highly enough!

I cannot praise this place enough. I have a little zoo at my house and I’ve pretty much had all of them at Roleystone animal hospital at some point. We have seen every vet and nurse and they are all amazing. They got us through a really tough time last year when our puppy got bitten by a baby dugite. Their professionalism and collective devastation was obvious when he lost his fight. Highly recommend to everyone. These guys love pets and are fantastic at what they do

You could not get a more devoted and caring team of vet and nursing staff anywhere. Highly recommend in all areas of veterinary services.
