Dr Corin Sprod is a caring and wonderful doctor who is able to diagnose what you are suffering from and prescribe the appropriate medication and provides insight to the patient on their long term care I recommend him highly

This place always seems to have appointments available for those desperate times you’re needing to a doctor last minute, and all the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve all made my kids feel comfortable enough to allow themselves to be treated. Special mention to Dr Garrett was so lovely to add me on to my sons appointment even though he was completely booked. Very accomodating. Thank you guys!

Great practice.

The staff are generally friendly, but they are a very popular practice so sometimes getting an appointment with your regular GP is a bit difficult.

They now have an online service where you can request repeat scripts and referrals, for a fee. This is really useful.

The clinic is large and the atmosphere is relaxing.

They are also right next to a pharmacy and pathology centre which comes in handy.

Wonderful as always. Kind, caring doctors, nurses and admin staff. I always feel listened to at GP on Rokeby.

Staff are lovely, there’s never a long waiting time, and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. I can’t think of anything they could be doing better. Maybe free lollies.

Good staffing levels at reception so no wait there. Dr running pretty much on time aswell. Which is not common in GP world!

Easy parking, comfortable waiting room, great array of services and, most importantly, outstanding staff at all levels.
I'm not someone who likes anything medical but I feel very comfortable at this practice and with the doctor I see there. Even the nurses who do the vaccinations are awesome - didn't feel a thing and I got a lolly!

Nice GP clinic. Friendly staff, easy to book, doctors are knowledgeable & can explain in layman's terms. Bonus, there is a chemist down stairs.

Much better experience this time around. Seen by Dr Garrett for a skin check. Dr Lisa O’Rourke is also excellent. Last visit for an SCC removal with male Dr not brilliant.really poor suturing.

Dr Rooke was attentive and professional. The reception we warm and welcoming, further the practice is spotless and has the pharmacy located downstairs. I would recommend they add a note on parking at the back car park for easy access rather than on Rokeby road to help new patients.

My family and myself have all been attending this surgery for over 10 years now and have always found the utmost professionalism from staff and Drs.

Dr Shane Morley is a very practical and thorough doc
During my 50+ years seeing GPs, my first 40 years were with the one doctor (who retired) then saw numerous doctors over the next 10 years, but as a typical pretty healthy male, probably went to a doc 5 times during that time. Since first meeting Shane, he has done the simple things every time I visit - blood pressure (which I had only ever had when in hospitals for very minor surgeries), asking probing questions and providing simple advice.

I was able to have an appointment the same day which was most convenient. Dr Patrick was quick to diagnose my problem and provide appropriate treatment for which I am very grateful.

Highly recommend Dr Jacinta Montgomery. She is very thorough and take the time to understand and listen the patient and give them the best options for treatments. I will definitely come back!

Courteous and friendly reception staff. Waiting time minimal (today). Doctor very thorough and compassionate.

I have been going to Rokeby GP for several years now and have always had such a positive experience. The reception and nursing staff are so friendly, and our regular GP Dr Luise Thorpe is such a fantastic doctor - she is always professional, thorough, and just an all round nice person who explains things so well and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. We now have two young kids too who Dr Thorpe has also been fantastic with (and she was also great throughout the pregnancies!).

I did not have a great experience unfortunately after hearing that this was a solid practice, my 6yo daughter and I waited one hour and fifteen minutes for our appointment.

My daughter had a bad reaction to a vaccine and when I took her back in two days later they had no option or solution for someone to see to the vaccine injury.

Thankfully, the pharmacist below the practice was amazing and supported my concerns thoroughly. Not sure we will be back, especially given I paid for the appointment, disappointing,

Very good but expensive. They insisted I had to come in to get a referral (because I hadn't seen them in a while) to see a physc for an incurable learning disorder I've had for nearly 20 years. I imagine some of this is them doing due diligence ticking boxes being compliant. But I walked into the appointment they asked me one question "is this for the learning disorder? " Then wrote the script. Nearly $100 later and it really seems like they could have asked that over the phone so I could have paid the $25 (ish) fee for a re write.
