ROK Garden Clean Up

Over the past few months I have been using Chad at ROK Garden Cleanup. Services included major pruning, weed control, mulching and waste removal. Also had a few small handyman jobs done too. I am more than pleased with all the work Chad has done so far.

Now looking to get Chad started on a small project providing his services to convert my courtyard into a tropical garden. His gardening knowledge has been invaluable and pricing more than reasonable. Chad is honest, friendly, reliable and takes pride in his work. I have referred a few close friends (also very happy) and would definitely recommend others to contact Chad for any of his gardening services.

Chad has been coming to us for about 3 months. He is always happy and on time. Chad's knowledge and ability to read the client's wishes is outstanding.
He is not afraid to do the old fashioned style of getting his hands in the dirt style of gardening. When l saw him hand weeding l was amazed. I have had other gardeners just spray the weeds and that's it.
Chad is not only a gardening specialist, but a very good handyman. Today he changed my laundry taps, bathroom and kitchen as well. There is alot of future work here for Chad.
But not only is Chad very good at all that he does, but he has also become a fantastic friend to my husband and l.
We 100% recommend Chad to anyone needing his help.

I have only had Chad out for a quote so far, but I am impressed with his customer service and expert knowledge, I will be getting him back ASAP to do the work.

We had an arrangement that Chad would maintain my elderly mother's gardens for 4 hours each month. We had no problems with the first call out of one hour in mid-December to mow and carry out garden maintenance. He called at 8.30pm on Boxing Day to cancel the next morning's appointment due to extreme heat. When I followed up the next day to query when he would reschedule, he did not reply. 10 days later after the weeds, bushes and lawns were growing well, I sent him another text asking when he would return. Again, no response. So I called him the next evening and he texted to say that the arrangement was not working out for him as he couldn't predict when he could attend. Very unprofessional behaviour - totally unreliable. I definitely would not recommend him.

Chad tidied up our front lawn very well. He is good at what he does and I highly recommend him for all gardening related stuff. Friendly guy with excellent experience, On time and reliable.

Best gardening service I have used! We have a regular monthly booking for our rental and Chad has done an amazing job with looking after the gardens. It is looking a million times better than before he started. Well priced, always on time and responsive when I message him about what needs doing.
