9 Abysmal company to work for. Management are out of touch, don’t have a clue how to manage people instead they are bullies who use indirect threats to intimidate staff. Hard work is NOT recognised but instead ignored and more work dumped on you.
Tracey White is on a power trip she thinks she can do as she pleases to staff without consequences.
Beautiful clients who are not respected by management.

Very limited experience with them, but the experience I did have was just woeful.
My son is PEG fed and is hopefully going to school next year. We are looking for a provider to come train the school on how to do PEG feeds (Ellenbrook).
RockyBay tells us, too far, trainer won't come to Ellenbrook. No questions, no attempt to assist us - just a straight up, no can't help.
Ellenbrook is Perth Metro, what's the problem? !
I've done work for RockyBay in Mosman Park, driving from Ellenbrook, it's really not that far but at the end of the day I did the travel because that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
Disappointing to say the least.
After 5 years we are finally leaving Rocky Bay I wish I could offer positive feedback but I can’t. Rocky Bay management has been consistently disappointing and stressful on my family. We only stayed as long as we did because we had good support workers. Rocky Bay is a business they do not genuinely care about their clients. I would never recommend Rocky Bay to anybody.
My advice don’t send your loved one to RBS respite centre Rockingham (known as The Beach House). They’ve suspended my family member because I complained about their negligence, and lack of communication when incidents occurred by staff towards my family member. Medical needs wont always be met according to their polices - Lack Or Duty of Care, a disgrace in this day and age.
Would want to give 0 star because they over charge their customers and have unprofessional support workers. Would not recommend their services at all.
Would definitely NOT recommend for so many reasons. Very hostile, cold therapists and the Director of Clinical Services was even worse! Unfriendly and very disrespectful. This poor service and hostility is often filtered from the top downwards and boy is that evident!

Some unprofessional bunch of peoples working there in their head office, especially in HR and CS. Send them to school to learn how to behave in a professional manner rather than rude to the customers and visitors
Rocky Bay are a great bunch of people. They really work hard for their clients and we find them a pleasure to work with.
