I went into the store 2 weeks ago and had a terrible experience where I was told I should not look for sales in store as they need to pay staff salary and rent but I should go see online. I thought that was highly rude. I went back again yesterday thinking maybe it was a bad day for the staff member but as I walked into the store I was told by the same woman 'hey your child is drinking juice, watch she doesn't spill it because if she does you will clean it up as I had a kid spill juice earlier today' what happened to customer service? We don't greet customers anymore. She is rude and should not be working with customers. I walked straight out which didn't bother her at all. Mind you she screamed this me from the other end of the store while I was entering g.

I use too shop here but the lady was so rude bad service.so I went to the one at Kingsley she was just as bad. This use to be a popular shop now I never see any people here anymore.

The manager at Rockmans Mirrabooka should be ashamed of herself.
She is rude, arrogant and aggressive.
Today she spoke to a lovely staff member like a dog and then became aggressive with me for no reason. I asked the nice lady if I did something or was rude and she assured me I did nothing wrong to be treated so badly. It looks as though this horrible woman is a perpetual bully to the staff and from other reviews I’m not the only one shes been aggressive with.

Does this store ever open till 5pm or late night trade on Thursday. I know through covid stores did close early. W. A has been a safe state. Anyway was given a gift card for Rockmans an would love to go instore to spend it.after I finish work.

I’m very disappointed of customer service when I went into Mirrabooka store to exchange small size Jeans for beggar size which I bought on online and the lady in the store she said Straight away No No I can’t exchange and how much you bought the Jeans if I want exchange I have to pay the difference between the store price and what I’ve paid online she was so rude definitely missed trained in regards to how to serve costumers.

I am extremely disappointed when your lack of service - I ordered an item online last Sunday 6/10 for collection in store 10/10.
Not only have I not received notification to collect my order - I haven’t received any confirmation of my order with the exception of the PayPal email notifying that my funds have been sent to you! Yet I get multiple emails from all your brands to advise of current promotions.
I visited both the Rockmans & WLane stores at my pick up location and both stores told me orders never arrive on the date specified, they are constantly fielding complaints and even if I contact the customer service line, they doubt I will actually get to speak with a real person who can assist me.
To add insult to injury the item has been greatly reduced - so I’ll be out of pocket or have limited chance of you being able to supply the item now that it has been moved to clearance.

Reasonable prices for good quality ladies clothes.
