Does not answer phone! Rang 5 times! Neither does the Lakelands store.

Still waiting on my order placed nearly 50 days ago. Customer service does not answer calls and does not return them.
However they send new emails everyday encouraging you to order. It's like rubbing salt into a wound. I don't want emails about sales, I want what I paid for.
Pathetic customer service.

Standing outside a closed store at 9.45 on a Wednesday? WT can someone explain to me how COVID stops your store from opening up at a normal time. I can only assume less hours = less wages.but it also = less sales. Taking my shopping elsewhere
