Arrived at 4.30pm today shop was shut but there was a lady in there? Rang store put on hold then hung up on ill try another store very disappointed went to rockingham city especially for rockmans as I thought it would have a better range
The lady serving me on Friday was incredibly helpful and patient, as I wasn't sure what it was I was looking for.
I haven't received such attentive, friendly customer service like this in quite a while.

Bad customer service from the elderly lady in the counter when asked to check the price of a top. Dont understand why bother to work if can't even do simple task.
