Rockingham Specialist Centre

Appointment on the 23 May 2023, Neurologist refused to complete Fit for Work documentation for my employer, as at 14/06/2023 I'm still waiting for clearance letter promised to myself and my GP. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

I recently saw Dr Nely Katri for my underactive thyroid - she is lovely and knowledgeable, and we made a good plan for management as well as testing to rule out other factors. The other staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. The centre is very nice and easy to navigate, and wheelchair friendly.

Treated like second class citizens as soon as we entered the building. No politeness in asking if we had masks, just demanded we have one and we need to purchase for a dollar. We go to the car get $1 out, then go to the pharmacy as the reception directed only to be met with MORE rudeness from staff there being told we are at the wrong place and laughed at, then the receptionist yelled at me over the whole waiting area that I had to leave because I didn't have another spare coin in my car. Didnt give me or my partner time to even ask if i could use my bank card to purchase. Absolutely disgusting treatment from obviously high and mighty staff. Nevermind the lady in the middle of the waiting area spread eagle doing yoga on the floor though? !

Very poor communication, very unprofessional, Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

Seen Dr Nely endocrinologist, she was absolutely lovely and took time with me. Finally I am getting answers. Would highly recommend any lady going through menopause to go see Dr Nely.
