Rockingham Regional Environment Centre reviews
21A really good interesting place. I think people aren't aware its down there so close to Rockingham beach. Very affordable for a family day out.
Great place to learn about living sustainably and obtain a garden bed. Many exhibits available to teach children about reptiles, and bush walking trails.
The guinne pigs water needs a clean wash was green and their food bowl there enclosure is full of feaces this is a risk of animal dieases also the birds floor needs to be cleaned and the cage the fish tanks need algi clean and a deep clean spent less than 1hr here it's very sad to see these animals in a bad way living conditions the reptiles was perfect fine
We love Narajabup my son often visits. Community Gardens are amazing. My sons favourite is the outdoor ponds and touch marine pool and of course the bones.
Nice half day with the kids, coffee is great prices are cheap, we packed our own lunch and had a picnic, kids loved it.
Good for kids.good play area.gardens are beautiful.refreshments available.my grand daughter loved it until she dropped her iceblock
Lovely tranquil learning place for kids: lots of information and hands on exhibits about local plants and animals.
Bushtucker walk really interesting.
Has an indoor pool with fish you can get close up to, as well as live amphibians, snakes and insects.
Staff friendly and willing to share knowledge.
There is even an outside large chess/droughts board.
Went in not sure what we’d see - so glad we did!
Cheap too!
How to learn about local environment with involved educators and volunteers. Plant identification resources and library, and great animal shows at special events. Had some fun "night stalks" (with the children) led by them, wandering local areas identifying creatures out at night.
Verry cool place with amazing group of people who all volunteer,
Nice show of reptiles and sea Life, all which have been rescued or handed in.
Held a barbeque for 30 people here, great rustic venue with all the amenities in beautiful surrounds. A hidden gem. The recycling facilities are great.
Love that we have a place to explore our wildlife, some sea life and learn how to preserve our environment. Their festival is great and only a cold coin donation to enter! The playground is awesome, my son could spend hours here.
Great place to take young kids, plenty to see and do. Such good value and a great initiative. Support these guys if you can!
This is a wonderful place to see some native wildlife, flora and fauna. They have a cool bunch of reptile and some sealife but the gardens are absolutely beautiful! They're lots of different birds and other marvellous sounds. Lots of things to do if you like to volenteer. It's nice place to have a look around at nature in Rockingham. It's very well maintained and still keeps to a very natural look. Would recommend for a nice place to visit
Awesome place to learn about the environment for kids and adults. Nice to take kids and do school holiday crafts.
These people were terrific, they were helpfull, pleasant, tolerant of some children, willing to answer questions regarding the biology, geology, archioligy and the nature of the area!
Outstide was interesting as well

Great place to visit for the young and old, very intetesting and such lovely volunteers that run it.
It a good oppurtunity for people to see what turtle rescue center is and what message they are sending.
Great place to visit with kids. The volunteers are very knowledgeable & friendly.
Lots of things to see and do. Definitely worth a visit.
