I expected to have to wait seeks to see my doctor but was given an appoinment the next day. Thank you.

I’ve been going to see dr Jose for all of my babies. I don’t mind the wait because I know that I’m getting quality care and the reason he runs behind is because he doesn’t rush his patients and takes his time to talk to them about their concerns. So glad I get to have him with my 4 kids — even better is that he delivered me as a baby ️

I would advise everyone to move from this practice e.
If you are in desperate need of a prescription (I had mine stolen) you will have to wait 3 weeks to see a doctor.

You make us wait over an hour and a half past our appointment, then push people ahead of us and drop that you want $222.80 once we finally got in to see the Dr. Absolutely disgusting. Reception then proceeded to blurt out confidential information for the waiting room to hear. Absolute joke of a medical centre.

Love Dr Jose he’s great, but love my Dr, Dr Kumar, she is fantastic easy to talk to, understanding very compassionate everything you could want in the one you would choose to be your Dr. She has gone above & beyond for me & is so easy to talk to, reminds me of the country Drs I used to have when living in the country & how they used to call in do a house call late at night for nothing, the nurses are great all very friendly when I have to have my legs redressed each time Gina especially is great & the reception staff all nice but the lady who takes the calls when you push #2 on the ph she is awesome whoever she is! She has gone above & beyond for me several times when Ive needed help.

Dr Jose is excellent, but we had an appointment for a Thursday got a msg the day before to confirm appointment, called them back and confirmed was told all good to go, rung up the day of appointment half an hour before to see how doctor was going to be told there is no appointment this is not the first time we have had dramas with appointments with this place

Great surgery, have had some fantastic dr's there, and I am a complex case, the nurses and reception are always great also

Since I started attending to this practice I have had nothing but kindness from the drs I have seen. Nothing was too small for them to help me with. Despite having covid a few weeks ago they were more than happy to organise a blood pressure exam if I felt I needed it. Dr Pogson has been the the absolute gold standard every doctor anywhere should reach for when sitting with a patient. As much as I miss Dr Mills I am so glad Dr Pogson has joined the team. Thank you for your continued care for myself and my family.

I live over an hr away and travel just to see dr Menon. He looked after my last pregnancy and was the only 1 taking me seriously with my symptoms. I'm now pregnant again and went and saw him. He listened and provided everything I needed and got my iron infusions set up when king Edward haven't even seen me yet even tho I'm high risk with t2 diabetes.
Yes it's far but I have not ever found another doctor as good as him! Highly recommended dr Ashwin!

We started attending RMFP for my antenatal appointments with Dr Jose and midwife Sally. We received fantastic care and since having baby we have continued to come and now see Dr Kumar. All staff and drs are very professional but make you feel at ease and provide great care:) highly recommend:)

After attending different medical clinics and seeing various doctors recently I cannot overstate the value that comes from staff simply being kind. It is so rare today given all practices are overworked, busy, short staffed because of COVID. Yet when I attended this clinic with only 1 receptionist, down 5 admin staff, the lone receptionist was kind, professional and patient with the multiple calls and walk ins she had to deal with. Dr Pogson was everything you could hope for in a doctor. Yes she was busy and her time was precious, but she chose to make me feel like a person, not another 'job to do'. She listened and talked to me to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. This is such a rare experience and it all comes down to the choices the wonderful humans made. I am so appreciative.

I have been here twice, first time I was waiting for 4 hours and second time was 1 hour. The receptionists were all really rude. No third time.

Wouldn't go anywhere else, our family have all been going here for about 4yrs now and are always looked after, from common colds, the kids or one of us getting sick or hurt, through to a couple of pregnancies, immunizations and even mental health help. We are always treated so well there and love the dr's and midwife's we see.

The team are phenomenal here. Everyone puts you at ease, and they are all so friendly. One big family

Used to love this practice but have recently had nothing but rude doctors and rude admin.if you can't speak to clients with respect get a new job! Midwives and nurses are beautiful though!

A Great idea that you can book on line with Rockingham Maternity & General Practice.
Due to having Throat Cancer and Osteoradencrosis of jaw bone which was removed people find it hard to understand me.
This service is spot on for me.
ALL Doctors and Staff are Very Professional, Polite and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Once again I must say that I have seen the Majority of ALL the GP's at Rockingham Maternity & Family Practice and would recommend that they are ALL Professional Doctors. My main GP is Dr Ross Jose who I have known for approximately 20 years whilst I was employed by the Department of Health as a Security Officer since 1998 to 2019 and then had to take early retirement due to ill health. In the early stages of my Cancer Dr Ross Jose stopped me one day out side of the Main Entrance to the Hospital and asked where have I been lately as he hasn't seen me around. I told him I had Throat Cancer etc and he said to come and see him at his Practice tonight when I finished my shift at 1800 hours. So I did and remained as a patient with him ever since.
I would recommend anyone if they need to see a Doctor is him! He has helped me out in all kinds of ways professionally with medication etc etc to help and ease the pain.filling out documentation for Centre link and others. No problem big or small was not a problem for him. He has a great knowledge of all illnesses etc and helped me to this day with my problems and new illnesses I have now. So keep the good work up Ross and I am very grateful to having a great GP!

The slowest practice I have ever been. Always running behind time sometimes up to 1hr 1/2. Avoid.

I given many a chance to RMFP but the management of this place is diabolical. Book in for a staple removal, wait an hour to be told they ran out of that equipment. There were a couple of excellent GP's over the course of 5y but they were hard to come by and since left. I'm beginning to see why.
