Looking for a first car for our daughter spoke with Brian explained what we were looking for and with his help managed to find the vehicle that same day my daughter instantly loved it and thanks to Brian's kindness, professionalism and have to mention his great sense of humour he helped make the process so simple we had the car in our driveway within a couple of days. Ian and team were lovely to deal with and provided exceptional service. It was a quick and easy transaction with great communication and I'm thrilled with my new (used) car.

I brought my Volkswagen Amarok in to get serviced at 8am, got a call at 12pm telling me they were unable to get the bonnet open and that they could not complete the service. When I picked my car up they told me that it would cost me $1300 to open the bonnet as they would have to damage the grill in order to get to the release mechanism. I took the car to a panel beater the next day he opened the bonnet using his hand, took him all of two minutes. Now I guess the question is did Volkswagen Rockingham know they could do this or were they just trying too squeeze a few more dollars out of their former customer?

I just picked up my new VW Golf from Rockingham. What a fabulous experience! From the easy paperwork, to Joseph explaining the vehicle features it was all streamlined and a wonderful pick up.
