These guys charge like wounded bulls, even when your coming back to get results (when many other clinics bulk bill a quick follow up). The doctors are no better than anywhere else.

Horrible Service, was unable to help me when I was sick as I was a new patient with flu symptoms.

Great Doctors but reception staff - especially the new ones- another story, no friendly welcome, speak abruptly and rudely. I am sitting waiting for my Dr now and honestly I am appalled at how they are speaking. An elderly gentleman told them he was deaf but they just fobbed him off and said to take a seat! Rude! The whole waiting room can hear you

Dr Ovid Merlas has little to no respect for female body autonomy and doesn’t take into account the fact that patients have to pay extra for longer appointments and for tests. He insisted on performing an unnecessary test on the spot instead of sending it off to pathology making the consult cost about $50 more than usual plus the cost of the test that I didn’t ask for. He was condescending and argumentative and didn’t even solve all of the problems that I came in for and wasted my money. Reception staff were rude and I ended up being over charged. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Also every person I spoke to misspelled my name on documents even though I made it extremely clear how it’s spelled

Dr Harry Ong was fantastic!
Gracious and patient.
The the facilities were clean and tidy.
Receptionists were good at there job though very cold in there interaction with a new client.

First time visiting saw Dr Milas and he was efficient and knowlegable, polite and courtious- I am very happy to see him again for ongoing issues

Top location professionaly run, clients treated with compassion, plenty of space in the waiting area with additional services within the medical centre. I have sought medical advice for the past twenty years and have always been given the best medical service by Doctor Bramley. I highly recommend this practice multiple GPs available.

Found it Odd that was advised that this practice must wear masks. However Reception staff are walking around without masks.

I find all the staff are very friendly and helpful waiting times can be a bit long but that’s part of life

Been on hold for 31 minutes right now, if my son didn't need a script only his doctor has authority for I would hang up, the outrageous fee it is to more his records to another practitioner is looking good right now

On health engine they advertise as bulk billing and when you get there they say sorry we recently changed our fees and it will now be $95 payment.safe to say we will be avoiding and will definitly be logging a case with the ACCC and RACGP for misconduct as I see on the reviews others have had a similar issue before.

Was seen on time and found that Dr Ash Karina was very professional and took time to explain in detail about skin cancer and what to look for. Very approachable and professional

A great medical practise we've never had a problem & Dr Papak our favourite followed them from Woodbrige medical practise & no regrets over the year.

Booked appointment for my daughter. Website said each doctor decides if they bulk bill. I went through every doctor profile on the website and picked one which says they bulk bill concession card holders.
When my daughter arrived she was told she had to pay $95 despite holding a health care card.
Absolute waste of time and petrol driving all the way there. Bunch of amateurs.

Receptionist are the rudest people you can imagine constantly waiting 40 minutes just to talk to them when they stuff an appointment time

Definitely a practice that is not professional, personalised or holds any quality. Do not recommend at all.
