Because this place is bloody awesome.
Sometimes a bad review is maybe having a bad day.

Avoid if you can, poor customer service, communication and way too long wait times.actually still waiting 4 weeks later and still no information on estimated delivery. Do yourself a favour and avoid, don't get sucked in with free delivery con. Go else where.

Very friendly team, Paul is great, they have good old fashion Customer Service, rare find these days.

Bought a TV from Rockingham Betta and asked the sales person to price check with jb hifi and was told the price was the same so I checked when I returned home and found that jb was selling the same TV for $50 less so the sales person clearly lied about the price. Will not use Betta again

Super Happy that I made the decision to look around for a new air con. Spoke to Rachel, Kim and the owner Paul. All three staff members were exceptionally professional and provided a great service at an amazing price.

I will definitely be looking at going down to this store, even if it's a 25-30 min trip as the pricing for their air cons and white goods are competitively matched.

My mum who is disabled has been waiting for over 3 months for a freezer. We keep ringing and being told it’s coming. Eventually I had enough so on Sunday I found this company. Rang and spoke to them. They had what I wanted in stock and could be delivered today. I was absolutely blown away. This afternoon her freezer arrived and it’s all up and running. I cannot thank you enough or recommend you highly enough and we will definitely know where to go next time.

Service and professionalism is amazing. I rang to enquire about a Beko dryer BD710W. It was in stock, and on arranging delivery, the staff member was so accommodating with the option of a late delivery due to my work hours. On arrival, the delivery guy removed my wine fridge and relocated before placing dryer in its spot. Any other company I have dealt with so far would not of done this without charging extra. I will definitely choose this place over other stores for customer service, despite my living in Perth.

Happy costemer for 21 years now. Paul is great humen being with a lot's of knowledge regarding the all electrical stuff. Guys don't be afraid to tell him what you want and what's your budget, he has range varieties to suit you and your budget. We buying our all electrical stuff at this shop for 21 years and we are so happy. He selling us good quality things and we don't mind paying it because we know it's quality and it will last. Ones before we also used to buy cheeper stuff and we were also satisfied. So don't jump into conclusions and say he just want you to buy expensive stuff to make money. He can not make you buy something that you don't want and that doesn't suit your pocket so it not fare to see some comments on here that they are not really true. This is a really really good place to get home appliances and white goods the customer service is outstanding the staff are super helpful and willing to go out and beyond to make sure you get what you need details and all.
