I ordered a new alternator from this mob. I was told it would arrive that afternoon so I could pick it up. The part never arrived and nobody called me to tell me to advise on the status and I'm still waiting. Piss poor service. Keep your alternator.

You ask them if they can do any wire and they say they don't do that so I will not take my car anywhere near them

I don't like formality. Vehicles workshop is not a doctor clinic. I don't like leaving my car over night. The cost is unknown unless you leave your car overnight. They can't give estimated quotation.

Cannot fault the professional and quality customer service. Everything is looked over with a fine tooth comb and David explains everything thoroughly and takes the time to educate you on your vehicle and what needs attention. Highly recommended and feel content leaving our 4x4 in thier capable hands.

Very Informative and Friendly Staff.
I was referred by my brother, and the man who assisted me, David, was very helpful.

Took car to this place Chris your customer service is brilliant however told them what symptoms of the problem was and my suspicions. All signs of A faulty u joint, after having my car for the whole day to receive a phone call at 1430 saying that it wasn’t the u joint and replacement was not required because THEY had only replaced it a while back. After getting a second opinion from 3rd party.surprise surprise the outcome a failing u joint creating excessive play in driveshaft causing vibration. Overall very frustrating experience not having a car for a day, further time finding a suitable repairer and finally an additional day for the repairs I had booked it in with you guys originally.
Very Dissapointing, I suppose for basic repairs worth giving a go but for complicated repairs strongly recommend going elsewhere.

David - Your service and customer care was outstanding. Without your extended effort to source a replacement for a 1964 tractor starter motor, it would still be sitting there not going. I am truly amazed that you managed to source one for the price that you did. Original one was $2,600.00 only 1 x left in Australia, but with your commitment to assisting me, you managed to locate an after market one here in Perth for only $725.00. I don't know where you got it from, but I looked every where and definitely couldn't find one for the price you did. I would truly recommend David at Autoservice to anyone seeking vehicle electrical problems.
Cant thank you enough David for saving me time and all that money.
You are a credit to Autoserivce.

Too hard for the service manager. Terrible service. Not recommended.

David - your account in your feedback below is a completely inaccurate in what was discussed or how our 'one and only' conversation transpired on the day I called your Company to seek advice and see if I could book my vehicle in for repairs.

I did not ask you for a quotation over the phone at the time nor would I have held you to account if you even provided an estimate at the time. I understand to ask of such a thing given the nature of the fault that was present in my vehicle is not possible, realistic or fair on my behalf, without you having the vehicle in the shop and being investigated by technicians first (I am in the mechanical trade myself and am well versed in the complexities of such repairs and that quoting until initial investigations are completed cannot be done without any confidence).

I never suggested that you take this matter up with the 3rd party workshop on my behalf. Maybe you misunderstood this part of our conversation? Maybe you should have clarified this at the time instead of making an assumption as you did in your feedback.

You are quite right in saying that I am frustrated with the situation and I apologize if you felt it was directed at you as it most certainly was not. The fact you also fixed a similar issue on another vehicle recently gave me hope that you were the right people for the job, yet you chose to decline mine.

I feel that your attitude towards me and my request to take on this job were totally unwarranted and your lack of interest to assist were just as bad (I notice I am not the first customer to have experienced this either).

However, you have the right to choose which jobs you take on and which ones you don't - I most certainly would not 'force' someone to take on a job and that would instantly make me question the quality of work conducted if they felt they were being 'forced to take it on'.

I must thank you though for declining to take on my job, as I since found a workshop that has and has also rectified the problem - without making any hassles or assumptions. It is sad that this is how you handled our phone call as I was recommended to go to your Company through my local mechanic.
