15I fee l like I'm about to knock something expensive over and have to pay for it. Wish it had more room to move around, Staff are welcoming and good deals on all the time. And beautiful kitchenware and varied options for all budget.
Racist people, one person said $299, second one said $340 after noticing I wasn't white

Amazing customer service, top quality stuff, went with my sister an brother in law, 50 to 70 per cent of product, they spent just over 200 walk out with 800 worth of kitchen utensils.
The store refused to refund an item that I bought mistakenly, when i tried to return it within half an hour of I bought, in full package and showing receipt. The store attendant was smirking saying 'its just 8$'. Poor policy.never going back.

They sent me the wrong dinner set x 2. I emailed and called but only got a response after 1 unanswered call and 1 unanswered email. When I finally did get through, it was after a 20 minute wait. I was then instructed to go to the post office to return the 2 big boxes as a courier couldn't come and collect them. I did explain I was incorrectly sent 2 dinner sets I didn't order, but there was still no courier to collect. After returning the boxes and sending email confirmation, I was yet to receive the 2 dinner-sets I did order. Now its been over a month and still no dinner sets. When I emailed them, they said they are waiting until they get the 2 incorrect dinner-sets back before they send the correct ones? I cant I am being further inconvenienced because of they sent me the wrong dinner-set. Such bad customer service. Hopefully I get the dinner sets I ordered eventually.
Service was spot on! The lady's were busy, yet still managed to help everyone! Well done! We are very happy with our purchase.
Visited here to find a cheese knife and board set for a late birthday gift. Unable to find one but was directed to individual knives and board separate both over $20 each. Although they are owned by the same people I found what I needed at House and will not use this store again.
Consistent service looking at my review from 2years ago, still great service. They went to an effort to place the stock so that people in wheelchairs can get through which I appreciate. The shopkeeper helped me find a knife. It was a sharp knife with a cover and was only $12.99 reduced from $26.
They took on my feedback about the music.

Second lots of products to choose from, including sets of 8, nominally these kitchen shop places only Carter for 6.
Third $prices, $ when i visited the shop, there where 2 for 1's big discounts up to a whopping 70% off.
Enough for me to still spend almost $300, $400 if they had other items in stock and if I had more hands.
Loss of 2 for not accepting cash, makes me sick how some places won't except cash. I think business are just being lazy. I also believe their prompting the younger generation (in my opinion) to go even further into debt making it all to easy to purchase things if you can't afford them,
it's worse then when the teller says " it's JUST $$ "
I had to put everything back and the store has lost a sale. Wasted 30 minutes of my time.
I have been to this store twice in a week with different staff each time and have to say the customer service is on point! I brought over $200 of cutlery, plates and glasses and another $300 today and both times the staff have been excellent even going beyond and getting a trolley to help me with my things. Greeting to when I stepped into the store was great and the help with OPENPAY was even better. STELLA went out and beyond to help me and my husband. Thanks again and I maybe back cause i just can't stop shopping in your store.:)
Made a gift purchase in December.my sister paid for the product and I had to collect it.the product didn't deliver what it is supposed to which I could not have known without using it.so when I went back to the store to return it or refund they said it cannot be returned as it is used! There was a pregnant lady and she was rude and curt! She didn't even make an effort to investigate the situation.simply because it was used, she easily said that there was nothing that could be done! The product was about 60 dollars and I wasn't gonna just leave.then another lady came along and said that maybe we should contact the customer care which was listed in the website.we did and got an auto generated mail saying they'd get back in 5 days.it been about six months now! 60 dollars may not be a big deal for you but it is for some of us!

Customer service was excellent & friendly & the store had some good products & prices were also very good
Great service today. They went to an effort to place the stock so that people in wheelchairs can get through which I appreciate. The shopkeeper helped me find a dual savor electronic salt and pepper grinder, just a few dollars less than I expected.
The only thing I would change is the music, not everyone likes Moulin Rouge style music.
Apart from that I would go back to this store, it is fine
