I recently had two rear shocks and two forks fully serviced and one of the forks is an older Fox Float 36 from 2008 which I was told by another company was too old for them to service, however none of it was a problem for RnR. Mark is extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and efficient. All the items looked like brand new when I got them back and the servicing has made a massive difference. RnR Suspension is the only place I will go to for suspension servicing and the only place I recommend to friends.

Honest advice and reliable service with reasonable prices.
I will certainly be a returning customer in the future.

Wow blown my mind how helpful they are. Had such a hard time sourcing seatpost cartilage and they were able to get one for me. Many alternative method to dropping my bike to get the seat dropper sorted. Communication was helpful and clear. Happy with their service. They even willing to drop my bike to Kalamunda camel farm on the weekend.

Being new to Perth I was looking for a shop that I could trust my suspension bits with for a major overhaul.

While a little challenging to contact (but chalk that up to the time of year and the team being super busy) I can definitely recommend RNR for your suspension needs. Super knowledgeable and pragmatic in their approach. It's also clear they have a close relationship with both Fox and Rockshox.

I for one will be back.

I haven't reviewed anyone on Google before but these guys truly deserve 5 stars.
Had these guys service my fork a few months back. Feels like a different fork. So plush now.
Honestly, I expected to pay more. They were great value and Mark took the time to explain everything to me when I picked it up. Mark is a wizard with bikes. I have not met anyone as knowledgeable.
He worked out that my fork had an old old dampener or something and Mark replaced it with the latest for not much extra.
I'd recommend RnR suspension to anyone.
