Excellent service from the office to the trades. We got complete house filtration supplied and installed through RMC. Scott did a great job explaining the options and also installing the system. The ladies in the office were extremely friendly and helpful. No issues recommending this company.

Hot water system died as a result of me leaving a hot tap dripping. Rory identified the dripping tap, fixed it, and installed a temporary tank all on the same day. A new system was installed the same week. Kind, local, family-focused service. Thank you.

Needed a new above counter sink attached to an existing wall waste. Simple straightforward 10min job. Emailed photos etc (see attached) to get a rough quote & availability to do the job, they advised I either have to do a $132 call out just to quote on it first or they’d have to book the job in for 5hrs worth at $132/hr to ensure there enough time to get the job done.
RMC is clearly not interested in doing small jobs.

These guys are just brilliant! A tricky job done well and neat as a pin! So friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Mary helped me to solve my problem over the phone and organise an interim replacement immediately. Scott was at the house that afternoon and the HWS installed the next day. Very professional and very reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier, will definitely be recommending RMC Plumbing to everyone.

RMC came on same day i reported an issue. They were friendly professional and discussed a few options to repair the leaks with me first before going ahead

Was very prompt in coming out showed me exactly what was wrong and what they did to resolve it and on top of that the price was very reasonable.

Thursday afternoon, Toilet cistern started leaking badly. Rang RMC asking for replacement. Took picture of current one, but too late to get new one. So arranged to have it replaced early Friday. (Glad we have a second one). Job done early Friday. Very nicely done and not too expensive.

RMC were fantastic.they attended an urgent job just before Xmas immediately and did a top job.

Would definitely choose to go with RMC for any future plumbing!
