Went and had drinks there after the northam show the atmosphere at the pub is awesome and Chloe the Bar person was so friendly amazing service she obviously is a asset to your company

Typical country pub located at the start of town. They have a beer garden, pool table and restaurant.

Very disappointing, fire engine drink for kids made with soda water. As they'd run out of lemonade. Then a jug of flat Pepsi. Meals where small and well over priced and really not that good. Ceoliacs don't bother going.

Cody was really helpful in accomodating our large trailer, opening the hat around the back for easy access. He even offered to drive us to Maccas since we got in too late.

Came here with a group of 25 but only gave them 15 minutes warning. Meals were excellent, service was brilliant. Great access for people with mobility restrictions. Rates amongst my top 3 best restaurants I have ever eaten at.

Great pub. Great staff, beer and food. Fitted 25 of us in at the last minute on a Tuesday night. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

Stayed here on weekend. Hotel itself is great and staff fantastic also great food but the accommodation was decieivng we thought we were getting a room in the old hotel instead a tiny donga out back in carpark with a woeful double bed and an aircon that you could not talk over. Pictures don't reveal the rooms out back.
All in all we still had a great time.

We stopped for a pub lunch in May 2022 after a country drive from Perth and we were very pleasantly surprised. I had a medium-rare scotch fillet with chips & steamed veg and pepper gravy, with a pint of Swan Draught. It was one of the best tasting pub steaks I've ever had, much better than in Perth! Maybe it was just my lucky day, but I'll definitely go there again.

Huge meals - make sure you're hungry! Good menu selection, good selection of beers on tap, including Guinness! Well worth a stop on a hot day.

Booked via Agoda, thinking we would be in a lovely old hotel turned out to be rows of donga's at the back. Small but clean.
Value for money via Agoda = poor.
Definitely a workers accommodation, not good for a family.
Food average. Don't order the fish.

Where do I start; room was poorly cleaned, pillows were as flat as a tissue and to top if off they didn't have hot water, so I had a cold shower! Will never return to Riverside Hotel!

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, great food, affordable accommodation, easy access parking, close to public amenities, service stations and shopping precinct.

Drinks only review. We visited in November. From the outside the place almost looks closed and despite visiting Northam a number of times this was the first time we actually went in. What a lovely surprise. You enter through the beer garden (cannot understand why you can not enter from the side or Main Street?). Lovely bar and beer garden. Food looked and smelt delicious but we had eaten elsewhere in the town but would visit again for food. If they just made the outside a little more appealing, this place could do a roaring trade.

Disappointed is an understatement, My husband took me out for dinner as a lovely gesture because I had worked all day, the hotel was quite
busy, when my husband got us drinks he asked what time we had to order dinner by, the lady said 8-83o, at 730 my husband went to order our dinner, only to be snapped at by a staff member, that the kitchen was closed and they wernt taking any more orders because they are too busy, When my husband said we were told 8 - 830 She said who told you that, and the lovely young girl said I did, but we still were not served, so we left! Won't be back again, also there was heaps of empty tables

Good place, great atmosphere, very nice food, just a tad on the costly side, otherwise good pub.
