Rivers Cannington

Disappointed all round. Lighting in the store was terrible. Went to the counter where one staff was serving a family who kept walking off and coming back with more sale items. I waited for a very long time. Eventually another staff member came to the desk and signalled to serve me. I had a sale item which she scanned and then asked if I was a member. I informed her I was not to which she said the sale price was only for members. Considering how much advertising signage there was around the store - I didnt see anything that indicated members only. After waiting for so long to be served I left disappointed. I will not return to a Rivers store in the future.

Good selection - get hasseled by the shoppers. I find people follow me around and ask me questions as if I'm the attendant - the shoppers are annoying.unpleasant place to shop.

Seriously! I cannot deal with the state of the fitting rooms. Door locks are either broken/misaligned. The floors are so dusty and the roof.well its deteorating. Overall, the general maintenance of a store should be up to a standard. This isn't up to the standard.

Unfriendly staff bordering on being really rude. Doesn't help when u can't understand exactly what they are trying to say

Your website states to call tried several times and just got hung up each time. It didnt ring out, they just hung up. Very frustrating.

Super comfy clothes and massive sales currently on, some tops only $5 and some pants/jeans $7 pretty good and staff were friendly

Nice big place and different love the clothes and shoes so much to pick from and other things you can buy like sunglasses belts socks and many other interesting stuff. Staff are friendly too will be back thanks Rivers Cannington.

Now what can I say about Rivers they have good clothing good shoes You can pretty well get what you want but a good price and also good discount as a member Rivers great

Excellemt store unlike other rivers store. Its spacious, organised and good variety.anmost probably you will.find deals even better than river web store.

Alot of stock was gone and they closed at 4: 20pm which was disappointing as i only had 10min to find something, Instead of 40min. Staff were lovely

Hadn't been here for quite a while. Lots of stock. Found shoes and a couple of dresses - all at reduced prices.

Nice clothes, this store is closing down so everything is dirt cheap. I got nice leather boots marked down from $130 to $50- got home and realised I should of got size 10 not 11 so went back and exchanged them no problem.great helpfull staff

Wanted to look for light coloured buttoned shirts. Found one. Plenty of options for shorts trousers and T-shirts on our next visit.

Always friendly service, prices of shoes are starting to climb up, that was the reason i always started going there in the first place

Sells men and women's clothing and shoes at good prices. There's a big range of shoes and they are really comfortable (I have a broad foot so shoe shopping can be hard)

I use to like to shop at Rivers but not so much now. Shoes are not put in accordance to their sizes anymore.at times really messy

There's always something on special here in terms of both clothes and shoes. If you're flexible with what you want, you can (in my experience) usually find an option on special that does not look like it came out of a bargain bin. The flip side is that sometimes if you're after something very specific, you have to go full price. Even then, they are often a lot cheaper than brands whose products seem to receive a lot less care.

Manuelito provided the best customer service i have ever encountered in Australia. Excellent, calm, polite. Just wonderful.
