Went there yesterday after waiting to be served. Not to long but long enough to wonder whether they want my business. Got served lady asked if we were a member said no no problems brought purchase. Went back today waited to be served. Got asked if we were a member said no told had to pay full price. Oh well off to Lowe's I go

20 dollar specials. Not a member 80 dollars. I can opt out of marketing. Then why is it so important that I join? Good luck to yaz.

The worst store ever. Prices are so high for a vacuum that is so much cheaper in the other stores including online. Wanted a refund but the manager and the cashier were not helpful at all. Not recommended store at all.

I signed up to the Rivers rewards programme on Friday at around 12noon, after purchasing a jacket and accepting the sales ladies offer to sign me up. It is now 5.39 pm on Sunday, 2 days later, and I have received 6 emails from your marketing department! I would like to know why your marketing manager feels it is appropriate to spam me 6 times in 2 days. Is it their intention to get email address' and then make new members unsubscribe or are the genuinely trying to market to your database in such a invasive and aggressive way?

Rivers use to be an awesome store but since changing hands it no longer caters for the average Australian bloke/woman. Very sad to see this iconic brand drop its quality, service, verity, range, sizing, and good Australian clothing for cheap junk imports from China etc.

My elderly grandma went there today to get something that she desperately needed. She arrived at 4: 20 on the dot and got turned away at the door because the worker had said they close now at 4: 30 even though there was a full 10 mins before hand. This is utterly disgusting service to have your times on the internet different as the ones in store and to be turned away before the time is disgraceful. I hope rivers get there act together because this is terrible customer service and very shameful.

My main rivers is Gosnells the very friendly and helpful staff are always willing to help and the shoe range is great as I have a leg feet so please don't ever reduce that range thank you

Good range of reasonable quality gear at excellent prices, especially when they are on discount which is often half their usual low cost. I've been wearing their clothes and footwear for decades now and I have no complaints. Definitely worth a visit. One word of caution - make sure you try on the clothes as the sizing can be a bit off the mark some times.

I use to love Rivers they had a great range of clothes with proper sizing to suit Aussie blokes. But now there range is shocking poorly cut and designed sizing is very poor and most of their clothes are for smaller men. Since the company changed hands a few years ago it has been a slippery slide down hill in quality design and suitability for Australian men how sad. In a few years time it won't be here at all because they changed quality and design for rubbish just like all the other stores.

Just needed some boots for mowing my lawn, Looked at quite a few places which where way too expensive. Found these steel caps on special at Rivers and they have been perfect. Very comfortable and easy to get on and off. Staff at Gosnells store where very helpful.
