I was surprised by a visit to the rivers store in Morley
I had been to one in marangaroo and it was a dogs breakfast, untidy and hard to find stuff with staff standing behind the counter saying ‘over there’ and pointing to an area of pies up clothes.
Rivera in Morley was amazingly tidy and well laid out
Easy to see what we wanted the staff were helpful and we bought 3 pairs of shoes and a too for $50 so great value for money
I was impressed and will go back. The have some big brands in the store at reasonable prices too. Well done to the manager on this presentation.

Rivers have a range of mens & womens casual clothing plus footware at affordable prices. They often have things on special or certain items on clearance sales which are very good value.

Can always get a good deal at Rivers. Especially now with all the stock clearances going on thanks to Covid.

I was there yesterday and swa a big alive cockroach on women’s tops. I got nosia and couldn’t buy anything

Can't give more stars until I return some boots that the soles have disintegrated. Hardly worn as well. I'll keep ya posted.

Have been here a few times and it is pretty clear that this places are a cheap alternative to real clothing stores, service is non-existant and displays are messy at best. Picked up a pack of sportz socks and a pack of underwear. I had asked the person behind the counter for some help and after purchasing these items realised later that the socks were way too small and the underwear size given was way too big. I rang and mentioned this as well as told them that neither the socks or underwear had been worn, only to be told that although they were having issues with the socks being supplied (apparently the sizes stated on the packet where wrong to actual sizes given) tough, there was a no exchange policy in place and I should have known. Would not recommend this place. Further note, the other store I visited in girrawheen was even worse and the manager there was not helpful at all, apart from telling me "no exchange policy was in place and if I had an issue with this, she told me to call customer service! " I suppose this type of service results in fewer and fewer people frequenting their stores.

Staff bit tired/disinterested. Suppose busy. Staff attitude comes from management, so maybe rethink

Not as cheap as it was, but still a lot to choose from and the staff are always ready to help you.

Great Store, really nice staff, so much variety, sizes are abundant. Store is huge and has a lot stock, new and sale items, can sometime be a little messy but so can any store. They have a lot of Sales & sell the most comfortable winter boots!
Overall great shopping experience.

You can be sure of reasonable quality, Rivers stuff lasts a long time and can be quite comfortable. Rivers stores are always messy and often don't have the style you want at the size you need, particularly for shoes. Still I always recommend trying Rivers first.

Ever since the Mirrabooka store closed down earlier this year I have been coming to this store and found the range to be really great the footwear is made with quality leather and the jeans are very durable which is important with our climate. The winter jackets are nice and cosy too. The staff are very friendly and outgoing so we had no problem finding the right sizes. Be sure to join up to the loyalty program as it offers generous discounts and points each visit.will be returning!

Great customer service at Rivers Morley regular bargains on clothing instore as well as friendly staff makes it a great store to shop in highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality clothing for any occasion!
