Dropped in to look at their range of hicking shoes. My wife walked out with what she wanted at a great price. Become a member and the price is even better.

I like the quality and variety altho the staff seemed wary of us at first I have to say. I would not take my son there tho. It opens straight unto a road, the doors stay open and it is a bit dark inside the shop.

Thanks to Vicki for her amazing customer service and allowing my 3 year old ONE display Balloon (YES, we asked before we took it), your smile and warm approach was so welcoming and we were all so pleased you served us and it was nice to know we both went to the same High school in Sydney.
To the sour faced employee who then decided to take the balloon back off my toddler and instructed us to put it back. I'd like to let you know, the Balloon helped occupy my 3 year old while we spent $300 on clothing, until you upset him and mad him cry as you took back his ONE Balloon!

P.s we grabbed another Balloon and took it home with us, consider the $300 in lou.
P.p. S smacking your lips chewing gum is disgusting while talking to customers. I suggest retraining is needed for you! A smile goes a long way.

Friendly sales ladies. Store well stocked. Great selection of clothes, shoes and swim wear. Parking close by.

Ordered online in November, however it has not even left the warehouse yet.

Customer service does not answer calls, promises to return calls and does not.

Would never order anything from them again. Can't even cancel my order, as can't get hold of them.

Nice clean well set out store. The staff not welcoming, and one needs to be careful with what she says in earshot of customers.

Friendly staff, good clothing. Only problem is the eftpos machine is always troublesome. Poor staff apologetic.

Rivers is the sort if place i avoid - being slightly claustrophobic the lack of order and jumbledness of the place. But i needed shorts! The shop was cool despite the heat outside; the attendant helpful and the clothes reasonably priced. I love my new shorts! And the light top i couldn't resist at that price! Go there!

The shop is very large, staff are very helpful. Sadly what i wanted to purchase was'nt available.

Can never find what I'm looking for price are different to on line and I don't usually order on line this is why shops are closing down

Always worth a look. Especially when 50% off. All the apparel you'll need and getting more trendy. Much more female friendly nowadays.

Easy to get to. Not overcrowded, but a little hard to find things, especially the checkout!
Have a good range of discount products, but sizing can be a bit hit and miss.

The two jackets and the leather boots I bought are top quality. A bonus was that all the items were on sale. The boots were even half price. Rivers is a great place to shop for casual clothing.

Online shopping is very disappointing. Order just shows as processing with no eta until it arrives. Wont answer phone or emails.

Seriously cheap range of Bangladeshi produced clothes. You get what you pay for. I've found the fabric will unravel after one wearing. I now feel my money is better spent by placing it in a busker's hat.
